I used the app to order so we checked in at the stalls. It took a little bit to get our food but the employee was very nice and even offered to throw our trash away so we had room for our drinks. The food is very delicious. The fries are crispy and all condiments are in the bag. Overall a great experience. read more

Been here twice in the last week, both times when it's not a busy time. Waited at the booth to order for more than 15 mins no body answered after pressing the button twice so i decided to go thru drive thru, took about 5 mins to greet us and once greeted and I started ordering got told to hold on, waited another 5 mins. And waited 25 mins to recieve our food! Other time I came thru drive through just order some tots and a large drink, the lady taking my order clearly wasn't paying attention told me to hold on about 5 times and didn't get it right considering it was two things. When arrived at the window she only rang me up for tots then started talking to a co worker as I waited to tell her that I also ordered a drink. Do better sonic! You guys used to be on it and recently it's been awful, hire new people or train your employees to be quick, multitask and have better customer service. read more

Terrible experience I came through the drive through and got 3 items I item was left out so I went back through the GM David then brought out my item and said "I know I put it in the bag but here you go anyway" I then told him he did not put it in the bag and I wouldn't lie about a 2$ item. Sat waiting for 35 minutes just to place our order. The male worker said there were only 2 people working but he'd get to us right away. Nope still didn't take our order. The board said that the red button had been pushed and they'd be with us shortly. Well the board times out after 30 minutes so you have to push the button again to get back in line. We ended up leaving to go to a different Sonic. Sadly poor service seems to be the norm for Sonic. They took our order right away but have been waiting for 10 minutes for our food. Sonic needs to check in on these franchises to see how poor their businesses are being ran. Until Sonic fixes their poor customers service we this will be our 1st and last time to Sonic. read more

What is wrong with this SONIC? I checked in with the Sonic App upon arrival and waited 10 minutes at a stall. No one arrived with my order so I rang the buzzer. The lady said come to the drive-through and hung up. There's 10 cars in line. I just waited for 10 minutes now wait at least 20 more? I call the app, get a refund and go down the road to a functioning Sonic. Fast forward one month, I'm not as pissed off so I try them again. I just want a water and a coke so I go to the drive-through since this was their preferred method previously (driving past an employee sitting and smoking in the last stall so don't blame this on being understaffed) and would you believe it, they tell me to park at a stall! I waited over 5 min at the drive thru speaker. There was no sign saying it was out of order. I talked into the speaker asking if anyone was there. I honked my horn for attention. Nothing. This is the worst Sonic in the best location. A bunch of airheads work here. I tried to use a coupon just now and it reads: "Regular Breakfast Burrito and Large Soft Drink for $1.99." The lady would not understand that the burrito and the drink were on the same coupon and proceeded to charge me $4.26 because it was "cheaper" and the large drink was already on the morning drink half price. Avoid this location. It's worth it to drive the extra time to any other Sonic!! Went to this one yesterday, waited 10mins after pushing the red button and no one ever took my order so I left. On the way out I noticed 4 of their employees in the parking lot goofing off. Against my better judgement, I went again today because I just happened to be passing by. Today they at least took my order, but what's the point when the majority of the order is wrong or they leave stuff out. Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. It's on the ticket that way too, but no marinara sauce. Ordered pretzel twist with cheese, also on ticket that way, but you guessed it... no cheese sauce included. Ordered chili cheese tots. I'd say 3 tots had a smidge of chili and that was it. Total rip off! Again, stay away from this sonic and take the extra time to go, literally, anywhere else. read more

Visit started out good like it was going to be quick (it IS fast food) but 15-20 minutes later, we finally get our 2 drinks and pretzel stick. Drinks were great but they gave us marinara with a pretzel stick...marinara?? After we were given our drinks, the guy in the drive thru window sat there looking at us (with his mask on his chin, so not sure why he was even wearing it?) so we had to ask for the pretzel. Was hoping for better service since we had just had horrible service at one before it down the road. :-( read more

If I could I would give this location 0 stars. Basically, we tried to order a Master Shake Oreo Chocolate and the lady kept thinking we were saying something about a Concrete Custard. My friend kept saying that we wanted a Master Shake and it was as if she did not know her menu. Then I got aggravated and tried to talk but she closed out our order without even asking if we were finished. Terrible customer service and we will definitely not come back to this location because the Caucasian lady was not only rude but she did not know her menu. Don't go here. Had to back out of the drive through since the intercom was broken and they were only taking orders at the window. I was third in line... i found a place in the lot and ordered then watched as two drivers in the drive through became very upset that the food was taking so long. There were clearly not enough workers to take care of the place as i only could see one girl working the window and running food to cars for more than half the time i was there. Burger took forever then when it did come it was so overdone it was like eating a piece of leather between a bun. I threw it away. If i hadn't already spent 30 minutes of my life waiting on our food and drinks i would have gone back to complain. I would have left without the food if i hadn't already payed. I've been coming to this location for as long as I can remember (I want to say at least since the mid to late 80's?)... The food is great as far as fast food goes, but where they really shine is with their drinks and frozen treats. They have, hands down, the best fountain drinks I've ever had. Ugh! Is there anything else to say about this Sonic location? No, not really. It is the closest Sonic to home so we have been there too many times. Over the weekend my boyfriend stopped by on his way over. Our order was WRONG and the drinks were nasty. When we went back to get it resolved they gave us actual attitude, like we made the order wrong. We had our receipt showing what we ordered and the order they gave us, and asked for the correct order. It was like pulling teeth. Once we had our food, we had to ask them again about our drinks. Cranberry juice isn't difficult, right? It's cranberry juice. Well apparently even the second go around they couldn't get my boyfriend's cranberry juice right. I asked for a cherry limeaide no lime rind. The 1st time it was basically lime juice. The second time was better but still not good. This was my last time at this Sonic location. I live near this Sonic and it's the only location I ever really visit. The food is never hot or fresh. It's nearly always disappointing. When I've sent the food back for this, they microwaved it to death. Gross. I recently visited a different location and it was good. The food was hot and fresh. On 6/1/18, my wife, with a van full of kids, tried to place a large order with this location. The music was so loud outside, the conversation could not be heard with the order taker over the speaker. This was a substantail order and the employee left his mike open and remarked, "Oh my God", indicating he was put out by the size of the order. On top of that, after 30 minutes of waiting and no order, she left. No excuse for this type of sttitude. It causes one to question the quality of employees at their other locations. I go to this place occasionally since its close to where I work. The food goes to my dad, so I rarely open the bag. Usually, there isn't a problem. Decent food, no high expectations. Lately however, they've messed up my orders. Recently I ordered a Jr. burger with lettuce, mayo, and onions only, and when my dad got his food, he found they had everything on it. Today, I ordered the same thing, with mini tots and a Dr. Pepper. I get back to work - the sandwich is fine, nothing wrong. But then we find that they gave him a root beer, not Dr. Pepper, and they completely forgot the tots. It was on the receipt as well. We don't bother going back to fix the order or get money back, but it's frustration to find they can't get our orders correctly. Perhaps it's my fault for not checking, but we never had this issue before. I guess I have to start a habit of checking my order before driving off. I hope they don't mess up again. read more

Arrived after my son's soccer practice. So, around 8:10. 5 or 6 cars total getting food. They were not busy at all. I order and nothing comes up on the screen. I couldn't even pay with my card. But, the guy repeats my order and gives me a total amount. Waited 20 min and no food came out. Finally, there was a car hop going from car to car and asking if the food was theirs, looked at me and skipped my car and went inside. I called again to let them know I had been waiting for my food while other cars have come and gone. They apologized and offered to make my food again. WHAT?!? Did you not get my order made when I ordered it 20 min ago? I declined and said I am not waiting another 20 min and Corp will hear about this. They offered to send the manager out. I waited another 5-10 min. My kids are hungry, its a school night and it was getting close to bedtime. Couldn't wait any longer and left. I will NEVER be coming back to this sonic EVERY AGAIN!
