He might as well be family after all these years of excellent care. I have moved out of state and come back to NV and he has always taken me back. He has even responded to my messages and calls when I was out of state and never let me run out of the daily medicine I need when other doctors threatened to. He is very thorough and knowledgeable with the care he provides to his patients. More than that, he displays compassion for his patients in a way that is rare to find with most doctors these days. Judy who has worked with him for so many years is also absolutely wonderful. They're an incredible team. His spouse is a NP in this office who I have also seen and who is also incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They are quick to respond to portal messages and address our concerns. I highly recommend him and his wife as providers for your primary care and will forever be grateful for all they've done for me and my family!!

My experience with him started when my favorite doctor left town and I had to find another doctor. He was the only one available within Carson Tahoe, and with some hindsight I should've just switched to a different practice entirely. I knew Carson Tahoe was bad and only cares about money, but watching this doctor and his staff develop into that model has been pretty bad. The referrals and follow ups are a rough start to boot. He has referred me to so many places that have never called, never gotten a referral, and don't even know who I am when I call. I have a problem that requires a dermatologist and he referred me to a practice I had never been to before even though I have a dermatologist. Let me guess, if I want the referral corrected I have to make an appointment? Which leads me to: My biggest issue with his practice is that no matter the issue, no matter how trivial, he will not solve any issue without an appointment. It doesn't matter if you were in that day, or the day before, or a week ago. It's not like I miss my yearly appointments, I see the doctor several times a year because of my conditions. One would think if I had a reasonable request like, "can we increase my anti-depressant strength", that we could solve that issue without the need for an appointment a couple weeks after the follow up appointment to another appointment one month ago. Every single issue I have, his MA Aiden and himself have always responded with, "Make an appointment". It's getting old and he clearly does not value our time and only cares about the visit billing. *Update: His office must have taken offence to my review, they sent me a certified letter that I cannot go to eagle medical center because of "non-compliance". Wonderful way to fix the issue Carson Tahoe.

In 2010 I was named Guardian of a brother and sister that had been warehoused in a Skilled Nursing Facility, but should not have been there. I moved them to an Assisted Living Facility in Carson City and they forced me to choose a Doctor for them. I was given two choices and I picked well as I hired Dr. Robert Fliegler. Dr. Fliegler cared for them, but worked with me devising a plan to move the "Wards" home with 24 hour care. The quality of life and improvement of their cognitive abilities were dumb founding and a major credit must go to Dr. Fliegler in encouraging the move, training of staff, and making regular visits including coming to all parties so he could see how my "Wards" were really doing. The family, the staff, and especially me can't compliment Dr. Fliegler enough for his care. I then hired Dr. Fliegler to be my physician after a major medical issue. I still use Dr. Fliegler even though I live 500 miles from him as he is just a text or phone call away. Dr. Fliegler has seen me through so much and now I am the healthiest I have been in the last 25 years. I have been with Dr. Fliegler since 2010. After Dr. Fliegler helped me, I hired him to take care of my wife who had just gone through cancer surgery and had a stroke during the surgery. I said it at her memorial and I say it here, that Dr. Fliegler added years of quality life to her in spite of indecision by her two oncologist that would have allowed her to pass the first year. The incredible part of Dr. Fliegler is that the specialist look upon him as their equal, their resource, and he is always part of the conversation whether it be cancer, renal failure, heart issues, or whatever.

You don't feel like just a number in a waiting room that's for sure. Each time I visit the Doctor I am greeted by his own family and/himself. Appointments are a breeze to make, without all the Corporate Medical Red Tape involved nowadays. When handling a medical emergency and/or diagnosis, Dr. Fliegler goes above and beyond to educate the patient along with their family so everyone understands what's happening. I once had an appointment, procedure, diagnosis and treatment plan all completed in less than 3 hours. Dr. Fliegler goes out of his way to get testing, scans and/or treatments done respectfully quick. I could never go back to waiting months to be seen and then feeling like a number on a board that doctors spend a few minutes on and then moving on to the next patient. Dr. Fliegler is my family physician and will be as long as possible. If you want a Doctor that listens, cares and has your best health and interests at heart, Dr. Fliegler is your Physician. My legs would go numb and if I didn't have something to grab onto, I would drop to the ground. I discussed the problem with my cardiologist on Dec 15, 2022. He recommended and referred me to Dr. Rajamand. On Dec 16th, Dr. Rajamand's office staff ordered an MRI for me. The MRI was conducted on that same day and I was seen by Dr. Rajamand on Jan 17, 2023. On Feb 8, 2023, Dr. Rajamand performed back surgery and released me to go home that same day. I did not require any pain medication immediately after nor since then. The only short restriction I had was to be careful not to reopen the incision. Two months later I remain completely pain free and with no restrictions. Dr. Rajamand told me before surgery that he could fix my problem and he did fix my problem. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend Dr. Rajamand and his staff.
