She provided me a lot of great recommendations e.g. heart rate monitor, chiropractor consultation and various supplements (vitamin B-12, collagen, iron, omega-3 oil, etc.) due to my vegetarian status. Also, she provided me a location where I can obtain spring water, something that I wanted to do for a while but didn't know where to go to obtain it. Thank you Dr. Yana for your wisdom and great support for helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I also liked learning more about traditional Chinese medicine and how treatments are tailored to each individual. My experience was just okay overall. I understand that acupuncture often requires multiple sessions to achieve the best results, so one visit wasn't enough for me to evaluate its effectiveness. While it wasn't quite the experience I was hoping for, I can see why others who are committed to a full treatment plan may find it beneficial. I'd recommend going in with realistic expectations and discussing the number of sessions that may be appropriate for your goals. This wording is fair, explains why you're giving 3 stars, and doesn't criticize the clinic unfairly or make claims about the treatment's effectiveness. It also aligns well with the balanced tone you've used in your content.

Then, after the session I trotted down them and walked all over for the rest of the day and night. I had an incredible amount of relief from pain and was so much more mobile. I slept well and felt so much better that I called back for another session a few days later before flying home to the states which gave me even more gains in pain management and sleep benefits. I also got a massage while I was there. Instead of having a routine, she truly completely targeted areas I mentioned. She intuitively knew where else I had pain, stress and tightness. The space is calm quiet clean and relaxing but the best part for me is definitely Sarah's treatments. As others have written, she takes the time to listen to your issues, ask you further/clarifying questions and offer a treatment plan. She also consistently follows up on (and is open to revising) that plan - keeping records of your past issues, treatments and feedback (ie. How did you feel after we did these points?). Also, as a queer masc-leaning dyke, body work can be a rotten experience. Sarah has only ever been awesome. No weird assumptions or comments, and all the consent-practices you could hope for. I've recommended Sarah to several friends and when she's not available, I've heard that her colleagues are also excellent.
