We had so many issues with the county that the project start date was delayed by more than 30 days. Once we got things started, Volusia County struck again and delayed our project more than 60 days requiring a Floor Variance, just before the holidays. They took their time processing everything. The entire time, Tim was patient and understanding. He kept in touch with us and did not waste time when we were able to move forward. He was a wealth of knowledge and guidance for us. His experience with materials, preparation, and construction documentation was valued through the entire process. Tim was very resourceful and when the county made things difficult, he had answers and local resources that cut time and kept things moving.
