Our family takes a vacation together once a year, there were about 14 of us in 2004, and we reserved three condos at the Las Vegas property. The facilities were clean, ready for us when we arrived, and convenient for all of our activities through our stay in Las Vegas. Given the many times I have visited Las Vegas and stayed on and off the strip, the convenience of this property made it one of the premier and most memorable visits. We enjoyed our stay so much, in fact, that we are staying there again next week and near the end of this month.

You cant even sit on the god damn toilet without having to read about more rules and how much you will be charged if something happens. The one posted on every toilet at eye level if the toilet says you will be charged if the toilet gets clogged lol. Makes u not want to touch a single thing in this house because of all the threats of charges that are posted everywhere you go. You cant even relax lol. Spent my whole vacation reading all these papers on every wall, table, floor, ceiling, sidewalk, grass, tile. Every handle.

I had a very solid stay here and would stay here again on business…read more In the past, I would stay on the strip, but for some reason when I came for this work trip, the strip was outrageously expensive about three times more than what I would typically pay. Since I needed to be in Summerlin, & seeing there was a new Element made sense. The suite was large and really comfortable. I greatly appreciated having the kitchen area because I did bring home some leftovers a few times. having a dedicated Desk was really helpful as I was catching up on work emails and of course the separate sofa with the TV is just nice to have before unwinding for bed. Good sleep hygiene. The bedroom was very comfortable and very clean. I slept great on the mattress, it was definitely new and the sheets were crisp. I did receive daily made Service which provided thorough cleaning. All the bathroom fixtures are functioned well without issue. No tub which suited me fine here. The AC worked well and as you can imagine was on pretty much non stop. It was slightly loud but manageable. Check-in was quick. I was able to find a parking spot easily nightly even though it was a weekend and clearly fairly occupied. The breakfast buffet was good. They had the typical high carb stuff, but they also had a nice little yogurt bar, which I appreciated. the coffee was good and complementary, which seems to be going out of Fashion so I appreciated not having to pay for coffee. The location was well situated. It's right off the highway although I didn't notice noise and there's nearby restaurants. There's also a pretty good shopping center not very far away.maybe 5-10 mins. I think I was maybe 25 minutes from the strip and I was quite close to red rock so I was able to swing over one morning, which was very enjoyable. Particularly given how close the hotel was to it. It didn't feel like a huge lift to go and explore. The fitness center had a peloton bike which I loved/used and they had other nice new equipment and free weights and filtered water. There was an outdoor pool that I didn't use. I only have positive things to share about my stay here. I was here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable!

Pros: -easy in and out - especially compared to so many other massive hotels in the area -friendly staff -clean rooms -studio has a full kitchen -basic bathroom and kitchen amenities provided -central location with plenty of restaurants nearby -breakfast included -fitness center that I hope to use at some point! -happy hour offered on some evenings as well as a tea service Cons: -breakfast is mediocre and pending when you arrive there may or may not be food available -not sure there is any great view option. Our room overlooks some commercial buildings I was also charged almost double what my rate was supposed to be upon checking-in. Currently working on getting that fixed!

My family and I had an AMAZING time at our rental through Corporate Mansions,…read morevacationrentalslasvegas.net This is the only place we could find so close to the strip that could accommodate 28 people with children. The owner was so pleasant, walked us through the property when we arrived and made sure he or another staff member was available for us at all times. The property is completely surrounded by beautiful palm trees and gardens that kept us secluded and allowed us to enjoy ourselves without disrupting the neighborhood. It definitely felt like home. Our kids could run around and play while we hung out. They have an entire arcade room and any activity you could imagine. Mini golf, ping pong, basketball, and indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and two full bar and grill areas! If you have a chance to stay at a full furnished rental near the strip instead of a hotel casino, DO IT! I swear it is so much more enjoyable!

We ended up nicknaming this place the Oasis because it was an actual Oasis away from the bustle of the strip but still close enough to easily allow us a 5-10 minute ride to any place we might wish to go. The home provided ample and comfortable accommodation for our large group of 13. The incredible living space was roomy and spread out, with the most comfortable couch ever and the expansiveness of the property allowed our family to seek privacy when needed and come together for meals, fun and activity. The kitchen was well stocked with absolutely every thing we needed. Dozens of clean towels were ready for use by the pool. Every bed was comfortable with multiple pillow firmness styles for satisfying sleep. Multiple lounge areas, a large dining table to sit everyone for meals or games, pool table and game room for the kids and the pool was heated to perfect temperature. We absolutely loved this property and the management of the property staff and owner was top notch. HIGHLY recommend for anyone traveling with large family, friend or corporate groups. You would be hard pressed to find a better spot with everything you need so close at hand.
