He quoted me an hourly price for 5 hours on a party bus and encouraged me to sign the contract immediately and send my CC info to secure my spot. He never gave me a total price, and it took days to receive a total once I requested it, so I signed the contract to secure my spot in the meantime. He conveniently filled in the times we requested the bus for me on the contract... 6-11pm (see attached photo), but he left the total # of hours we'd be billed for blank (obviously knowing that if he wrote 7 hours when we requested 5, I'd question it). I wrote 5 hours in the blank MYSELF, and he didn't have the decency to correct me & inform me that we'd be billed for 7 prior to solidifying the contract. The second page of the contract (also pictured) has a VERY fine print, wordy, and quite confusing section explaining that we'd be billed for the time the bus took to arrive to our drop off and pickup destination. When I received our total and saw that it was MUCH more expensive than expected, I politely explained that I misunderstood this part of the contract and that this was much more than we planned to spend. His immediate RUDE response: "I'm sorry there was an error on your part". I asked politely if there was any way to rectify the situation, offering that we use the bus for 3 hours so we will be billed for only 5 as I had written on the contract I signed, and he wouldn't even entertain the idea. This was all within days of signing. That being said, the bus was stunning and in perfect condition. Our driver was beyond helpful and professional. I would absolutely book with the ACTUAL bus company again, but would never even consider giving Barnes Worldwide Limousine my business again. See attached photos for references and make sure you have a full understanding of any contract before signing. Also, don't expect the owner of this company to be polite or helpful once you've signed your contract and he's got you legally bound.

Happened to me three different times with these guys. Totally done with them. They do good work, but you pay through the teeth -- and they will ALWAYS find thousands of dollars in repairs before you can pass inspection that no honest mechanic seems to think you need. They told me not to fill my gas tank all the way up because my straps were gone -- one was missing and the other halfway off. The one that was "missing" was exactly where it was supposed to be. That's one example of a dozen I have.

I am 9 hours from home but broke down ten minutes from my old awesome mechanic. They got a new couch - it's as comfortable as the other one they always had. This is a mechanic shop full of people that know what they are doing. I trust this place and always have. That trust continues with them helping me out today.

The things wrong were DANGEROUS! Ignored EVERY call and email. Investigated them and traced the vehicle I bought. They purchased at an auction. I spoke to the owner of THAT dealership and she wanted to help. Pulled the file and said it had too much wrong with it for her to sink money into. She is a small dealership so put up to auction to let the bigger guys With quote deeper pockets take care of it and they could sell it for a profit period instead of that happening brown's auto bought this vehicle from auction literally threw it on there a lot and did nothing to it not one! It was a very snowy day and it was freezing and I learned a valuable I should have gone over that with a fine tooth comb. Worst is I wasOut of work due to illnesses and waiting for disability so I cashed in the only resource I had which was a 401 k took a huge penalty and gave the rest of them for a vehicle I couldn't drive anyways. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office and the federal trade commission so if anybody out there has had similar experiences I urge you to do the same. The federal trade commission just documents but if they get enough people complaining they could shut them down! The stories I've heard from other customers have been very conlearning and some of the mechanical problems have been almost deadly. Stay away from this place...
