Used to be a good place to shop. No more -- it's now an over priced thrift store. The owner & the…read morehelp are more interested in talking about personal stuff that should be .... Personal ... or sucking up to people who play them. It's gross to see how they kiss up to people who act like they're all that but ignore shoppers who don't cause a scene just because they're "in the house." Yuck. If you do decide to buy anything be really careful because many items have stains, marks, are "past their prime" or just not real. I even noticed that they have a man's shirt for sale there!!! Pleeez. Are you that desperate for cash that you didn't notice that it was a man's shirt???

The store setup was impressive with lots of tech to get the right fit and Marco was so patient, good humored. And professional. Fit2Run has the worst return policy of any business my wife and I have ever dealt with. My wife…read morebought a pair of shoes and then quickly returned them because they didn't quite fit right. They would only give a store credit which is not optimal but ok. However, several times my wife went back and they either did not have her size or a shoe she liked. Then she found out she could only apply $20 of our money, their store credit, to her purchase. So she had to purchase other items and spend more money to use up her credit on money she originally spent at the store. Needless to say, this is the last time we will ever buy anything at this store. We had joined their buying club and we had made purchases many times before. The manager didn't care about losing us as customers and even told my wife he was doing her a favor because their policy only allows them to apply $20 per day in sore credit...which means she would have had to go there 4 times to use the full credit! For your own sake do not shop at this store because if you have to make a legitimate return you will pay for it!

My car broke down, and my phone died. I needed to call my boyfriend to have him pick me up. I ended up walking till I got to the first store in view at that plaza which was the corner store and the man working there wouldn't let me use his phone and was nasty. I went to this store and Beatrice let me use the phone no questions asked and noticed I was thirsty and got me water not once but twice. Truly amazing woman!!! Not only did I notice they have good quality products but just the customer service alone I would recommend to go to this store. Again, thank you, Beatrice, for your kindness and hospitality :)

Sadly it's the same if you shop on line- that blew my mind- doubling my disappointment. Gave a star for the clothing. The service is Inflexible, indifferent, and obnoxious! They simply do not care ...even after admitting it's their one obvious mistake! BTW - I have spent more money than I care to mention at this store, you would think they would recognize a loyal customer. I gave them several chances, thinking they were isolated situations, or someone just had a bad day- nope! If this trickles down from the top -as it usually does, don't expect any improvements- because like hires like!
