I frequent the theatre/booth area. $20 , gratuity not required but is encouraged (they stay late…read moreand clean up our mess). Staff is respectful to their customers and their privacy. Hours are pretty consistent but sometimes they close an hour or two early when it's dead which is totally understandable. Number of people is random but I find weekends are not busy while weekdays sometimes are. Some crazies come in but far and few between. Mostly men but I have seen a woman or two. There are some who will walk around wearing their freak on and that's awesome. Had fun myself wearing my leather boots and much less. Most videos in the booths work with optional chain fit privacy. Pisses me off when chain rule is not respected so sometimes I don't bother. No one ever was pushy except for a drunk few easy to put in their place. Overall, a fun place. Don't be a d**k and you won't be treated like one. Keep it clean and when lights go on, be respectful and leave. If you stay for several hours, you definitely get your money values worth.

The store itself is GORGEOUS & beautifully planned out & gives all the vibes. They truly have clothing options for everyone looking to look chic & casual. My only complaint really is the customer service. It's awful. There is no acknowledgement of you as you walk through the store. There was one or two people on the floor just looking at customers and it felt awkward. Even the girls at the register would just stare at you while walking the store and not even smile or greet you. It was weird. It felt 'judgey.' So finally after like 20 minutes of deciding what I wanted, I check out and the girl doesn't even smile or greet me and just rings me up as if she's in a rush (there wasn't a line) and then after I pay she just puts the bag on the counter looks at the only person who just got in line behind me and I am still standing at the counter putting my wallet away and she says to the girl behind me "oh you can come up now" as I'm still standing at the counter and the girl seemed confused because I hadn't left yet. I felt unappreciated as a customer which sucks. Like I said before, Aritzia is one of my favorite brands but I'll probably stick to shopping online.
