I bought my mother one of their standard robes, she passed away a few days later. The robe sat in the gift box for a few months. I took it back to a local store, they have the same robe for the same price again. Only difference, this year the lining is a cheaper viscose material, last year it was fleece. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size to fit me. They would not exchange it, instead wanted me to pay the full price for larger size, and they would take back my robe, less a 51% restocking fee. Now I was told I needed to have another purchase to exchange, so I had purchased $160 worth of merchandise, before they told me about the restocking fee. They had also taken 2 and 1/2 hours of my time, making me wait while they took care of all the other customers.. The store manager had already regenerated a new tag, she was preparing to re-tag and hang the robe with the other robes, at the same price. I have been a platinum member for many years. Not anymore, never again! The store manager made me stand around for 2 and a 1/2 hours to tell me the robe is worth less than half the price, so I advise, don't pay more than half price for any of their merchandise, they still make a profit at that price. And the manager was extremely rude to me. Their bras, even with hand washing and laying flat to dry, only last about 6 months. None of their stuff is worth what you pay. read more
