The price on some items can be a bit much for the quality of the item(s). The service was ok, felt a bit odd due to one employee in particular. She followed us around as if we were going to steal, which made things awkward and uncomfortable. I normally don't have any issues at any sex stores, but this employee was so adamant abt taking the items out of my hands. I told her no the first time, but she came around again and She INSISTED!! She also stood there until I did. Not a fan. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. If anything she could've offered me a basket since she wanted to "FREE UP MY HANDS" so bad. Like damn girl, you're taking your job a little too seriously. Not only that, but there were other customers in there as well. However, she wasn't lurking on them which made it even more frustrating. Apparently I was at the wrong side for the line and the cashier made it very clear, even though I waited my turn and there was no one else. Whoever helped me was extremely rude and after she packaged my perfume threw my bag at me and said nothing. Maybe she had a bad day and felt she needed to make someone else feel shitty. I've been in customer service and sales a long time and this is exactly what to do when you don't want people back in your store. IF I ever go back here and see her again I'll request for someone else to help me. Completely unacceptable customer service and treatment towards another human.

After waiting over 10 minutes for a fitting room, one never came available. Seeing that nobody was in line to complete a purchase, I figured I would just buy the things I was interested in and try them on at home. There were 4-5 visible employees. Two of them were whining amongst themselves. The one that was helping me to get a dressing room turned away and decided to ring someone else up, who walked up long after I was there. The other lady that was standing behind the counter walked away, despite the fact that I had made them aware that I was ready to check out. I left without buying anything and refuse to shop there again.
