One for the ladies…read more... Comfortably Yours employs women with super powers. SUPER POWERS!! They are able to look at a woman and GUESS what bra size she should be wearing (because you know, most of us don't wear the right size.) And after they guess they go out to the racks of bras and pick out the ones they think will fit best. And they're always right. It's AMAZING!!! I have never once been measured at Comfortably Yours and have never walked out without underpinnings that fit. The last time I went they only had a few items in my size. I found one that I loved and they ordered it for me in a few different colors. They are a bit pricey but once you know the wonder of wearing a brassiere that fits you'll gladly pay the price (besides being 1000x more comfortable you can instantly lose 10 lbs!) And they also have a great selection of pretty, feminine bras for all sizes (as opposed to a lot of places that a) don't carry your size or b) only have white/nude bras that look like they were stockpiled in the 50's for that ultimate pointy-boobed housewife look.) In addition to services for those of us with hard to fit bosoms, they also service mastectomy patients. And they have swimwear. Comfortably Yours is an oasis for those that look at Victoria's Secret and places like it, where bras are designed on the assumption that every woman looks like Gisele, and laugh at all those ladies spending too much for undergarments that won't fit and will fall apart after the first washing. Oh, and also, they don't sell sweatpants with writing on the butt. :)

However, I came in with three bras for return and left with six bras and a pair of undies--Tracy sold me on the excellent deals happening today, and I'm grateful to her for that! She provided excellent customer service, assisting me in searching for the correct sizes and checking inventory in the back too! I'm not a big in-person shopper, preferring online, but because of my great experience here today I will be back. Thanks Tracy!!

She refused to look up her rewards number to verify the purchase (so first of all, I lost a percentage of my money) and secondly, she held me hostage to purchase another item that day and refused to give me a merchandise gift card. I was so shook up by how badly I was treated (almost like she "caught" me doing something wrong), I was in no mood to shop. In all honesty, I picked out a few random things my son didn't need. I will never shop at Carter's again (or at least the one on Hall Rd.). I did call corporate, but not sure they were willing to do anything? I tried to verify the policies. In order to get money without a receipt, even if it's a gift, she suggests to bring in the person who bought the gift for you.....I thought that would be pretty insulting. Update: okay.....I emailed 6/21 and awaiting reply. Updated: I heard back very quickly from the corporate office and it was great to be heard! I appreciated their response!

Everybody was too busy to help her but they had a couple of things she wanted and she ended up buying one of them but not the other because the size was a little weird. Prices are around mid-price but sometimes you can find some good deals especially because I get the feeling that this mall might be closing down soon so they have cheaper prices than a lot of Torrid locations have on a lot of similar products around the country. I can't stand the attitudes of many at this Mall, but this particular shop had employees that were nice enough, and that's not bad at all.

Not your regular frumpy, polka dot covered moo-moos. The staff is approachable & helpful (If you are fashion challenged as I am sometimes, you know how important it is to have helpful staff). You can find dresses, shoes up to size 12 (they are really cute & fashionable even in big sizes. YES!!!!). They have dressing rooms available & lingerie too. It is nice that there is a store that caters to plus size younger women. Although there are only 2 in MI: this one & Great Lakes, it is usually worth the drive. I suggest checking out the website first & calling ahead to see if they have what you are looking for specifically if you don't live in the area (I had to drive 45 mins. to get there & was disappointed when they didn't have the shoe I was looking for, even though she said they would hold it when I called. That was the 1 bummer in this experience) Best place to go for fishnet tights, cute tops, & dresses to party in. Note: Torrid is not a cheap store. Jeans run you from $38-$98 (But you can find amazingly comfortable skinny jeans by Source of Wisdom there). Sign up for the Diva Style reward card & save 5% off each purchase after spending $250 (which will be easy with there prices). Sign up on there website for the newsletter & get emails of super discounts (50% off all boots for 6 hours only, etc.) *A must for any young woman (black, white, hispanic, etc.) looking to look fly even if you are curvy & don't wear a size 2!

There were used panty liners on the mirror and bench and what topped it off was the period blood in one of the suits SHE put in there for me. Not to mention the quality of the swimsuits is subpar for the high prices they are charging. this whole store is just very off-putting and different from what it used to be. Tip for all of my girlies who shop here: before buying a suit from them buy it from the actual brand that sells it, it's usually much cheaper because they don't price match!

While I was well aware that the quality of merchandise that the store offers far surpass any other stores, I was blown away by the customer focused experience. It has been a long time since I have had some great experience at a store, and I am especially picky since I worked in retail for over 6 years.
