Where do I begin....? *Hammering and banging from 6/7am for the first few months of my lease, because they still hadn't finished the place. Greed, right there. *Green tape all over my apartment floor for four months because the so-called professionals scratched the Hell out of the "wood" and a lot of it had to be replaced. I mean, how difficult is it to install an apartment without scratching up the floor?! * Paint splatters all over the floors because these amateurs couldn't be assed to clean after their work. *Residents' packages torn open, or completely stolen by thieves, who live in the building! I kid you not.The management did nothing to resolve it. *Weird, loud, industrial-like scraping sounds in my apartment (and many others) which was eventually tracked down to emanating from the elevator shaft. It went on for days. Absolutely disgusting and inhumane. *Elevator out of commission for months throughout the summer *A stabbing on the 11th floor (really!), kept quiet by Solution Condo Incompetent. Of course! *Drunk low-life trash making noisy nuisances of themselves. One drunken, tattooed slob (at four in the afternoon) was kicking the elevator door impatiently. He finally got in with his beeaatch and began mauling her and slobbering over her in public. She was pushing him off. Sensible. That's when I decided it wasn't a good idea to share the elevator with them.Seriously, I wanted to kick his ass. *My friend's locker was broken into BY Solution Condo Incompetent (no, really!!), and she had all her belongings (and one of mine) removed, whereupon it was all either stolen (mostly by the staff) or taken away by the city, because they just left it all in a pubic area for the vultures to scavenge. All they had to do was find out the owner's identity and ask them to remove it, as there was a mixup during the purchases, and two purchasers were assigned the same locker. Common here, apparently. Instead, they CUT HER PADLOCK,BROKE INTO HER PRIVATE SPACE AND THREW IT ALL OUT! They did absolutely NOTHING to find out who she was. Needless to say they are being taken to court. Over 75K$ worth of belongings.When she initially tried to talk with someone on the phone about it, she was met with total discourtesy and they hung up on her. Personally, I'd like to garrotte the f*****g lot of these subnormal inbreds. *Strange, deeply penetrating humming and higher-pitched whistling noises which persist even now, after eight months, sometimes going on all day. Never resolved yet complained about by many. It's been like torture tactics by some oppressive Eastern regime. Some cretin in Solution Condo Incompetent eventually decided it had been resolved without even consulting me, one of the complainants, and just closed my file. It HASN'T been resolved. Yeah, that's what I pay 2500$ a month for, right? Well, he just resigned, as did the guy he was filling in for, who was a complete c**t. If it were legally possible I would have kicked the crap out of him, the whining, little coward. Every time my friend (the locker victim) tried to confront him in a public area, he'd basically run away from her! Yep. Class 'A' primordial scum. Solution Condo Incompetent are a bunch of arrogant, lying, thieving, discourteous ingrates, with a collective brain deficit. A troupe of monkeys could do better.I sincerely hope they go out of business ASAP. STOP PRESS+++ I just heard that Solution Condo Incompetent have fired ALL their workers, without giving them a legal notice period! Well that'll help, except that problems of this nature ALWAYS begin with upper management, so these a**holes should be broken up and dissolved.Preferably in acid. Also be aware: people who purchased apartments here are actually selling them because of Solution Condo Incompetent's odious presence.They couldn't stand them any more.
