C'est décourageant de faire face à une telle rigidité, surtout lorsque le produit était défectueux. Je tiens à mettre en garde les acheteurs potentiels concernant la politique de retour de Rona. Si vous ouvrez un produit et découvrez un problème, ne vous attendez pas à un processus de retour facile, même avec un reçu. Coralie at the head office is a bully and rude after I asked for an exchange of product.What bothered me most was the attitude condescending and impatient from Coralie. I do not know how this person works at that position with poor communication and screaming at customers.She has no self control .She does not think before acting with the customer that need a quick resolutions to their issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are plenty of other tile stores that actually value their customers .I'd suggest going somewhere else.

A general tile store will have a better selection and carry more brands, but you will probably find what you need here anyway. The bathroom section has lots of demo bathroom setups and an amazing selection on bathtubs. We wanted a brand they didn't carry, but was a sister brand of a brand they did carry. They called their rep, and made an exception for a special order so that our entire bathroom came from them. Service was just A1. When parts were delayed they called suppliers to speed up shipping so our renovations were not delayed. Highly recommended!

You will fall in love with all the choices of wood slats, beams, boards, and planks that are stacked from floor to ceiling lengthwise. All various heights (even 11 feet high!), and widths. Some come pre-bundled, but, the best way to shop is to hand pick YOUR own piece of wood...It is YOUR project afterall! Price ranges from $4 - $7 a square foot. All colours from darks to light. All authentic wood from barns - watch out for some nails that may still be in some pieces. The gentleman that served me today is fully bilingual and very knowledgeable. No pressure sales here. Just legit advice and guidance - if you need/want it. Helps if you know your measurements, and what you have in mind, beforehand. TIP: bring your own measuring tape! Feel free to go upstairs to see the showroom - Note: at the time, it was just shelving and table ideas. The only thing left to the imagination is wondering the history of that wood you just purchased - it will most definitely have a charm of its own ;).
