When it came time for a touch-up, I knew I would be going elsewhere. That's when I found The Color Bar Salon. First of all, I called on a Friday two weeks before Christmas, taking my chances as I knew they would probably be busy. Nope. They took me in for the next day, right away!! When I walked in, I was immediately offered coffee or water and shown exactly where the coffee bar is. I had my appointment with Kaela - who is AMAZING. She asked me if I had any pictures, took the time to talk about what I was going for, and offered insight on what I should do to correct all the brassiness. I trusted her immediately and am so glad I did because my hair came out looking incredible. This was the lightest that I have ever gone but Kaela and Fefe (not sure how to spell that) made sure that it wasn't too dramatic and that most of all, it compliments my skin tone and coloring. This was such a huge change for me but I am SO GLAD that I listened!! Best of all...my Rogue piece is gone forever!!! On top of the hair service being amazing, so was the customer service. The salon's owner, Nadia (spelling again lol), was so approachable and SO friendly. Everyone in there was! You can tell that the hairstylists are just like family and help each other out as much as they need. On top of that, I had so much fun laughing and chatting with the girls! My appointment was a little bit longer due to all the work that needed to be done on my hair, but it flew by because of all the fun. They included me in their conversations and it definitely did not feel like I was just a "customer". It felt like I had been going there for years - which I will be! Overall, my experience was AMAZING, I am in love with my hair, and I almost wish my roots would grow out faster so I could go back and see Kaela and the girls again!
