We recently completed a home landscaping project in Bozeman that included a patio remodel, garden and fence fabrication and wrap around landscaping. This was a project a couple years in the making and we are extremely pleased with the beautiful work and impeccable professionalism of Errol Schumann, the operations manager and his crew at Solstice. We decided to go with Solstice after looking at several different landscape companies. We were very impressed by the beautiful design work Solstice has done around southwest Montana and were impressed by Errol's deep knowledge of ecology, local plant selection and design aesthetic. His calm and patient demeanor were very helpful throughout this process and we always felt confident in his thoughtful suggestions. Once the project got started, there were naturally a few unexpected hiccups, most notably the weather and some unexpected findings in foundation of our house. Errol was quickly able to change and adapt the design and stay in range of our projected budget. Throughout the late spring and into the summer, his team was always prompt, hardworking and paid close attention to detail. Errol was often on site despite managing multiple projects and was always easy to reach with questions or concerns. We have been thrilled with the final outcome and the project stayed well within our projected budget. Solstice provided a detailed, line by line invoice so there was never any mystery regarding the cost of the project. We have worked with Solstice on designing and installing two different backyard designs (we moved from our first beloved backyard and just had to have them do the second!). Solstice just finished our entire landscape project at our new home at Black Bull and we are very pleased. They were so busy during the summer but they did our job when they said they would, I never saw a front end loader move as fast as when Errol was driv8ng it the day they installed our sod! They helped us to redesign our overgrown residential landscape- they listened to our desire to simplify the look and keep it cleaner looking with some plantings reused and the addition of others that will add color and ease in maintaining.
