However, it just never was fixed and I had to keep going back about once a week. A friend of mine recommended Ryan Bishop and I have to say, he is amazing and FIXED my shoulder in 2 sessions. About 2-3 years ago I was diagnosed with arthritis in my rotator cuff and since I couldn't stand the constant pain any longer I got a Cortizone shot. Unfortunately, it only lasted about a month or two and it was very costly so I decided I was done with that and just dealt with it. The walls are quite thin, and when people walk through the building, speaking loudly, it can be very distracting and detracts from the experience. When I finally requested the e-cancellation form by email, it wasn't even set up properly--no DocuSign, and no clickable signature option in the Adobe file. I hadn't used the facility in over 3 months but was still being charged without realizing it. When I called to ask about the charges, I was told a refund request would be submitted. I called back the next day, and a different staff member claimed there was no record of that conversation. Completely disorganized and unhelpful. Terrible customer service.
