Mike did a great job inspecting the fourth floor condo I ended up buying. It was very easy to reach him by phone and the quote he gave was the least expensive out of several places I called. He did the inspection at the scheduled time and had the report ready by the end of the same day. The report was easy to read and had clear pictures showing the problem areas. The most important part was the phone call to go over the inspection and what he found. As a former contractor he was helpful in describing not only what was wrong but how he recommended I solve the issue and approximately what the cost would be. About 2 months after the inspection when I finally moved into my new condo I couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioner and then remembered that in his report he noted that the air conditioner had its lines turned off so I tried to turn them on myself. I wasn't able to and called mike for help since I wasn't sure who else to call since it had been 2 months since I closed escrow. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me out since so much time had passed but he did and I was very grateful.
