His inspection of our new home was very detailed and listed items we would never have known (or thought of). He also put items that are mandatory to remedy whereas other items are just cosmetic. Thorough and friendly! We found Mike on a yelp search for VA home inspections and his listing was first on the list. My brother being a first time home buyer couldn't have been more educated thru his walk thru with the inspection process.
