Beyond disappointed, just hired them to clean our carpet, first had to wait 3 months. Since used…read morethem in the past figured worth the wait. Charged us $300 carpet was not clean. I used resolve traffic cleaner and a green machine and removed stains that per there tech and manager where permanent. So now I get to rent a big machine and do on my own. Horrible quality, long wait, and not even willing to send out a second person to verify! Sad would not recommend at all!
