first off we had a plumbing issue the moment we moved in, there was no down pipe installed in our…read morehome and the outlet for pressure buildup was faced directly towards the front of the boiler, mind you we had a big problem with our unit over pressurizing. the expansion tank was faulty, and there was no downpipe to direct the 220 degree scolding hot water down and away from anyone standing in front of the unit, where we do our laundry. not only did it take some time for them to come fix this even tho we were at very serious risk of injury having a faulty expansion tank and our unit not maintaining proper pressure, but clint hall sent a plumber who he expected us to pay. the plumber revealed these issues and said hall expected us to pay for his services. the plumber called hall, and Clint sends over the plumber who installed this plumbing, something he should have done in the first place. the plumbers face was ghost white when I told him our knowledge of these potential risks we faced with this faulty expansion tank, and no downspout to direct over pressurized scolding hot water down, and away from anyone standing in front of the boiler unit. the plumber responds "where the hell did my downpiping go?" and "this expansion tank is busted". they fixed it. now, we are having foundation issues and leaking in our garage, and mr. hall asks what is the address? I give him our address, he has seen he's been out here for issues that are under warranty, but immediately stops responding. he has yet to fix our issues, and we also have a grading issue that he refuses to acknowledge and fix, leaving our yard severely flooded for days after every rain. our front overhang was off and sloping by a good 5 or 6 inches, I said I wanted it fixe, he looks at it, asks if I'm a structural engineer, I say I'm not, he then proceeds to tell me him and his guy training will "fix" the issue. after I told him how bad it looks and the trusses need to be removed, because this is a structural issue he was acting as if it didn't even needed fixed and that it posed no issue. instead of paying for services from someone qualified to fix the issue, he decided months later to just do it himself, by jacking up one end of our house with a literal car jack, cracking our post, which still hasn't been replaced and didnt even fix the problem. he later after finishing this "job" stated how much like shit it looked, and if he were to have had it properly done it would have been "too much work on the front end". this issue was not properly fixed by him or his laborer he has been training doing small odd end jobs. we are still under our 1 year warranty and he is leaving us hanging on this leak in the garage and this grading issue, and I've had to postpone building my fence due to this issue would rot out my fence, he has refused to respond to this grading issue I brought to his attention in July. so I have all my fence materials sitting on my porch and in my garage until he can fix this grading issue and make our yard suitable for me to install my wooden fence. we are tempted to just reach out to the Attourney general at this point. hall no quality builders seems to be a more fitting name, cutting corners and ignoring you after you buy the home, not wanting to honor his "1 year warranty". what a mess.

Once I went in to buy parts I'd gotten a quote on, of $130. And I caught a Culligan service guy. I had my quote in hand, but he didn't care. He quoted me over $700. I said that can't be right. He said that was for installation, but it was just a simple filter. He was very stern and unfriendly, and "strongly recommended" that I not try to do it myself. He wouldn't sell me the parts! The parts guy had even told me that he'd put the pipe stubs on to match what I had, which he did when I went back another day. So it seems plain: Parts & customer service GOOD! Service by Culligan and other subs BAD!
