They got the baby grand out of the house (it was down the street), into mine, put the legs and pedals back on, and inspected the entire instrument in under an hour. I was BLOWN away at this and so happy to have my dream instrument so soon. I cannot recommend Jordan enough.

I have tried two other violin shops in Pittsburgh area, they were both OK but I was not highly impressed. I took a leap of faith with Wexford Violin Shop and I am glad I did. The owner Mike is an accomplished cellist so he knows what is needed from a musician's perspective. He did an amazing job fixing up my old cello. He put in a new bridge, adjusted the sound post and changed out non-functioning tuning pegs with Wittner geared pegs. It plays effortlessly thanks to the wonderful set up. The service fee is very reasonable and is worth every penny I spent. Thanks to Mike's fantastic work, I can now enjoy my cello again. Mike even played a few songs for me on my cello. I don't think I have ever heard my cello sounded that beautiful ever before. I will be bringing my other cello there for a tune up in the near future. Highly recommended this place.

Took my Krank amplifier here today thinking that I needed my tubes replaced. These guys did a full…read moretube test, let me know that I didn't need new tubes, and didn't even charge me for the test. I was ready to spend at least $100 on a quad of power tubes. Bought a can of electronics cleaner from them, I'm gonna clean my potentiometers and hopefully my amps problems disappear. Will definitely be bringing my amp to them if that doesn't fix it.
