I tried ordering a pair of shoes off their website but kept getting an error message saying my info was wrong even though I was logged in to PayPay. I tried several browsers, payment methods, etc. with no luck so reached out to the site for support.
Their first response was "We are not aware of any technical issues with our site and we are currently receiving orders."
I sent screenshots of the problem I was experiencing. This was their response:
"You are the only customer that has complained about having this issue so I am sorry I do not know what else to suggest. Orders are coming through fine so there is not a problem with the website.
No, there is not a technical person I can put you through to I am sorry. They would only tell you the same thing anyway. To clear your history and cookies and use a different browser.
I am sorry we are unable to help more with this.
