Although Glass Garden is a little bit too hard to find, it is totally worth it once you see it. It has got this big dome shaped ceiling with glasses everywhere (it's called The Glass Garden, duh!). It also has very cute indoor garden set up that works well with its name. It just reminds me of Beauty and the Beast, I feel like I was in the Beast's castle (that is if the Beast's castle is a little brighter and has more life). My main complaint though is that there were mini roaches in the room and that I was placed next to the pipes or something that I hear noises each time someone operates the shower. As for the food, they only currently allow meals prepared by their restaurant (no outside orders since it's normally for peopléin quarantine). They even suggest their bestsellers if you're indecisive because of their wide selection of pet goods. Grooming service is quite impressive as well. If you bring your dog here, you are assured that it is in good and caring hands. The expert groomer listens to what you want to be done especially if your preference is not on their catalogue of doggy hairdos. And the best part is, since it's just near my house, they can just text me once their done and I can just pick up my made over pooch.

Writing a review on the santorini hotel portion…read more Cleanliness is a 5. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service will be a 1 for me. We came in to check in during off hours of 2 AM. But that does not excuse staff to be on their phone behind the front desk and act all surprise and not really sure of what to do when you walk in. Check in took almost 30 minutes because their computers didn't have internet and they had to use my booking confirmation from my phone to write up their end of the paperwork. Parking garage has no security. They told us to park there and half the parking spaces were reserved for an upcoming event I think? We parked in-front of the hotel rather by the road. Was very much more convenient. Comfort is a 2. They do not have wifi or ice/ ice machine. So when we asked they recommended we go to 7-eleven nearby. At least the AC was cold in the rooms, and beds were comfortable. Also close to the Sta. Lucia mall and Robinsons. Walk out the front door and you are there. Price is high for all that they are lacking. Could definitely go somewhere cheaper and get more bang for your buck. Will not recommend. Take a bit longer of a drive to get much better hotel.
