Beware of this company. Paul Knight, the sales guy will tell you anything to get your job. He even told us he could do our full service move (packing and removal) in a single day even though we said it'd be alright over 2 days. Then in the morning it turned out he outsourced the job to a 3rd party (perhaps he had 2nd thoughts about his misguided estimate on the effort). When they showed up they immediately declared this should have been a 2-day job. So in a hurry they moved us in a day without having the time to properly pack things up, wrap fragile kitchen items. The move finished around 7 in the evening with things in all random boxes. When I was complaining to Paul about the removal service he provided his line was: everything got there right, nothing broke? In the end not everything was moved over in the hurry, about a small car's boot worth of items were still left at the old address. This is a company to AVOID at any cost! read more

Later the same day, I filled in another form, which, Paul from your office emailed me, it wasn't as complicated as the other companies. And yesterday, I contacted you with a short email. Within a few hours, you had called me back to arrange an appointment, and within 24 hours of my email, your representative had arrived, surveyed, and left. As for the others ... I've no idea what their quotes will be like because I haven't heard from any of them yet and the 2 that did come back were well out of our budget and very unprofessional. Thank you to the team at Solent Removals Ltd in Southampton. We got let down by a large nationwide removals company at the last minute, we phoned around and managed to find SRS Ltd, the surveyor was very prompt explained all the procedure in detail, in face better than the original removals company, the cost was very competitive. The lorry arrived on time on the day of the move, they covered all out carpets and the team got to work. We had to travel from Southampton up to North London and they even go there before us.
