She did the same thing to me too - She is lazy and not good at providing service. I want a full refund.

My husband got sold hard half insoles for athletes without any cushion because she didn't have toe room for the cushion part. This incomplete product cost a whopping $500 for the non refundable pair. They tried to sell him 3 pair. A good pair of fitted insoles with arch support can be found for $100 or less at any decent running store with foot scanning technology. Not to mention many less expensive online options that can be tried and returned as needed. These Good Feet stores should close shop for disreputable sales tactics and 0 refund policy. I'm still fuming. One of the store managers Dimitri called and said he'd work with us on some insert options or a refund. We have an appt set for Sat. Increasing the rating by 1 star for the support call today. Will see how it goes. We went back to the Good Feet store after trying out the insoles for a couple weeks in her Skates. They stilll weren't comfortable for her and they allowed us to return the purchase which was very much appreciated. Thank you for understanding!

Fortunately we were able to get a partial refund ( less a restocking fee). I will comment the manager was very courteous in handling our returns. While these inserts may be effective for some, you may want to speak with a podiatrist or PT before making a purchase to be sure these are right for you

I could no longer wear my 20-plus pair of dress shoes for work or any shoe with a little bit of a heel. I was in pain. He recommended surgery and, while doing so, will fix my bunion on the same foot. After a long recovery, I went back with my foot still in pain. He said he missed the capsulitis during the first and that we must have another surgery. And he did not do me any favors on the bunion surgery as my big toe is still numb from surgery. He said it would go away. It's now been 4-5 years. Not feeling my toe has been another nightmare. I've lost my big toe nail 3-4 times and work on another one. So after the expense, being in a boot, missing work, etc, I am no better off, but worse. What a waste. I don't trust him. I still wear pads, still wear flat shoes only, I still have pain on long walks, and I cannot go barefoot in my own home. I have lost my toenail three times and am working on a fourth. When it's hard to feel your toe, you don't realize you are hurting it. I went through all that pain and suffering for nothing. My co-worker referred him as she has diabetes, and he did surgery on her foot "several times." Gee what a coincidence. I went to a foot surgeon for a second opinion. He said never let a podiatrist do surgery. (I am just now posting this years later as I went to update the post mad about another losing yet another toe nail, and my post was still a draft)

I will keep coming back and definitely recommend it!…read more I absolutely love coming here! I have been to other Physical Therapy centers, including NOVA but nothing compares to the attention and care that I have found here at Orthocare Physical Therapy Center. I have been seen by Dr. Shruti, Dr. Grishma and Lucia and I receive the same level of care and attention by all 3. They listen to me and they work with me. Additionally, the location is so convenient. So close to 66, Fairfax County parkway, Route 28 and located on Route 50.

She is methodically scientific - bordering forensic -- in her attention to detail. She's passionate and fluent in her life's work in orthopedic medicine. She also has a bubbly bedside manner that helped me feel comfortable and calm immediately. Her thorough approach means she will err on the side of caution when prescribing exercises and routines. This can seem slow at times, but she balances that deep long-term care approach with practices like dry needle therapy and deep tissue massage which will immediately alleviate pain and muscle tightness in a short/medium term capacity. Frankly, I was heartbroken when recently my long-term physical therapist (Dr. Virginia Dula of Move Better LLC), also a military wife and mom, packed up and left for a deployment last month. Those of us on the long-term injury management track know just how difficult it can be to find a physical therapist who's got it all... But after meeting Dr. A I can't help but feel like I've got a guardian angel out there after all. Even with Dr. Dula's incredible help, I had begun to accept that the more stubborn parts of my injury would cause my body to be permanently limited because they never healed or fully functioned again no matter how long we treated them. After all, I've been regularly doing PT for 5 years now. In just 4 sessions, Dr. A was able to get into those muscles in my spine and make them move and feel when I've had no feeling and movement there for years. For this reason I highly respect her methodical and slow approach because it's clear to me that we are going to make even more permanent progress than I have ever had before.
