Pam and Erin worked with me 2 days a week for an hour each day. After 7 weeks, I was playing golf again. I haven't been able to return to work but that's not important since I'm retired. I went to Strive Physical Therapy in Northfield for an evaluation and they were very thorough and also very compassionate and understanding as I was in a considerable amount of pain. I was approved for 2 sessions of PT a week and each time I went, I found the facility to be very clean (there are people constantly wiping down machines and equipment), the therapists I saw were very good in explaining what I was to do and what it would help with, and they also provided detailed information sheets and videos as to exercises I was to do at home. I am happy to say that with their knowledge and assistance, I am again pain free after about 6 weeks of treatment. I would highly recommend them. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean, their hours are accommodating, and they have a great location.

Well, what do you know, the owner herself reached out to me through HER OWN CELL PHONE! She was welcoming and asked about me!!! What I usually get when I reach out to a business is a full verbal display about what they have to offer; in this case, the owner asked about me, my needs, my goals. She HEARD me and asked me questions!! Wow! My jaw was wide opened and I knew right there I could expect nothing but professionalism and dedication. I was kindly invited to a complementary class to check out the gym. I showed up at the place and I was impressed with how intimate and inviting the atmosphere was so I could bring out the best of me.
