They are simply the best the area has to offer! The nursing staff is hit or miss...had some issues with major delays in receiving medication and needed to complain in order to get what I needed, but people don't come here for the nurses. They come for the therapy, and the therapists go the extra mile to really ensure you have a treatment plan that works for you. I am now continuing to see their outpatient physical and occupational therapists, and again, they are outstanding. AND...now as an outpatient, I get to use the pool for therapy! Couldn't be more pleased.

No instruction, reminder of how many reps or how long to hold the stretch. I waited to see how long it would take him to come back to me...7 minutes went by as I watched him with his other patients, no problem...then he's walking back and forth, one time even checking the temp in the facility because someone said it was hot. I get it but not one time did he check to see how I was doing...Hey, RON, get a clue about a patient, especially when I told you at the beginning I forget and won't remember the exercises, reps, how long to hold it. My time is as valuable as his and I got up, pissed. He asked where I was going, "back to work." He asked what he did, I told him that he assumed I remembered what to do. I said I watched him walk back and forth by me. I cancelled the rest of my appts. on the way out. I'm sure if I really need PT, I can find a much better facility!!! Don't bother going here.

Everyone from scheduling, front desk to the highly skilled therapist went above and beyond. The other patients were all commenting on how quickly they were recovering, especially a woman who was only one week out of knee replacement. One visit had done more than the last three months at another facility. My only regret... Not coming here first. Highly recommend Nicola & her team

I went to Strive Physical Therapy in Northfield for an evaluation and they were very thorough and also very compassionate and understanding as I was in a considerable amount of pain. I was approved for 2 sessions of PT a week and each time I went, I found the facility to be very clean (there are people constantly wiping down machines and equipment), the therapists I saw were very good in explaining what I was to do and what it would help with, and they also provided detailed information sheets and videos as to exercises I was to do at home. I am happy to say that with their knowledge and assistance, I am again pain free after about 6 weeks of treatment. I would highly recommend them. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean, their hours are accommodating, and they have a great location.

Pam and Erin worked with me 2 days a week for an hour each day. After 7 weeks, I was playing golf again. I haven't been able to return to work but that's not important since I'm retired. I was also released by my doctor at Rothman Institute. He was surprised at how much progress I made in a short time. Again..many thanks to a couple of pros..Pam and Erin of Novacare!

I can't say enough good things about Champion Rehab -- especially Sal…read more I tore my MPFL and ended up in almost 8 months of outpatient physical therapy. It was a scary time with a lot of unknowns, and surgery was definitely on the table in the beginning. Sal's knowledge, experience, and approach played a huge role in my recovery and confidence throughout the process. He brings both expertise and personality to his work -- from explaining the "why" behind different therapy strategies (like blood flow restriction) to keeping sessions engaging and even fun. That balance made a long rehab journey much more manageable. The entire team at Champion Rehab is fantastic. The front desk staff made everything seamless when it came to insurance and scheduling, which is such an underrated part of the experience. The PT assistants -- many of whom are in school -- were great to work with, and after being there 1-2 times a week, it felt like a supportive and welcoming environment. More than anything, they helped me understand my limits, laugh through the tough moments, and not let my injury define me. Highly recommend Champion Rehab to anyone needing physical therapy -- you'll be in excellent hands.

I started out with a good experience with Dr. Bauknight, but have ended my care here on a bad note…read more Dr. Bauknight was my third doctor I saw regarding wrist pain. She sent me for proper testing and gave me a diagnosis I felt comfortable was accurate. However, after a few months of going here I was left with improved pain, but told they could not do anything further for me for the remaining pain, which was fine. I have been looking into alternative approaches to resolve my remaining pain and reached out to the doctor to get a follow up MRI. The thing I am looking into is not covered by insurance, so I wanted to confirm the condition of my wrist before spending money. I received push back from the doctor regarding the second MRI and ultimately was ghosted.
