She spoke to no one at the insurance company. She used the automated system. We were told that we would have to play $190 or else we would be turned away. Is this the way someone with a life-threatening issue is treated? This place is, if it's possible, worse than disgraceful.

The receptionists are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The waiting room is even calming as well and I love that the office always seems to be running some fun type of giveaway! Once I get called back I feel taken care of immediately. The doctors are so friendly and always remember you on a personal level whether its funny story you told them about on your last visit that they remember or your specific pain story and they want to know how you have been feeling and immediately put a plan together to relieve you of your pain short term AND long term! They are most definitely professionals and specialists in their field. I would not see or trust anyone else with my spine and body.
