    Kevin G. & his team are the future of FSBO! My prediction is that the pace which SoldBot is setting will become industry standard within the next few years. These guys are truly visionary... they're pioneering and blazing new trails which enable entrepreneurs like myself to be able to cut out the middleman! SoldBot took 0% commission & I saved 4.5% in broker commissions!!! I was able to list my investment property which is located in Austin TX, remotely from Los Angeles CA. Kevin helped me get my listing on the MLS which is an absolute necessity. Without a listing agent I'd have been wasting my valuable time because one needs a licensed broker in order to get properties up on the MLS. There's a lot of hucksters out there nowadays who're offering similar services to SoldBot but don't be fooled. They ALL CHARGE at least $500.00 to list your property on the MLS... and there's usually hidden fees! The only fees which SoldBot collects are done through a third party Docusign company to act as intermediaries aka a third set of eyes on all the paperwork so that no stone goes unturned. This service is something which SoldBot offers and sellers are not beholden to use it. I chose to pay the $250.00 for the added safety and have no regrets whatsoever. SoldBot doesn't even get a penny of that $250.00 either, it's added to the closing docs and goes directly to the third party and only when the deal is closed. More times than not, buyers & buying agents don't take FSBO listings seriously. Not to mention all the spam emails & cold calls FSBO listings receive. These are NOT BUYERS... They're dirtbag developers who farm their call banks out to the Philippines so they can pay a low age to workers in a third word country. These sleazeballs are looking to offer FSBO sellers extremely lowball offers because they assume that we're all green and/or desperate for cash. This is not the case with myself and many other savvy FSBO sellers... and with SoldBot's help I was able to usurp the aforementioned developers. Instead, I received solid hard offers from legit buying agents and was able to meet my deadline of getting my property listed on Feb 1st 2020 and into contract by March 3rd 2020. I closed the deal on April 3rd 2020. Simply amazing!!! How'd I do it? Well, I'm not gonna lie... I worked my tail off! However, I couldn't have done it without Kevin G. & the SoldBot team's unwavering support. Their formula is super simple and a quick learn for those of us who're experienced in the residential real estate & flipping game. I simply used the ShowingTime app and had a lockbox at the property for the buyers agents and buyers to gain entry. Buying agents smply click on the ShowingTime link @ the MLS listing... from there they make an appointment, then sellers receive a text to confirm/decline. I probably had ten or more legit showings within the first week! If I could give SoldBot and Kevin G. ten stars, I would! Take what I'm saying as the g_d's honest truth when I tell you that SoldBot is the future and the future is NOW!!!
