Melissa spent a full 40 minutes with me and was well educated on my history - IE she actually read the notes in advance. For both my lab appointment and my office visit I was seen promptly with literally zero wait past my appointment time. I felt heard for the first time in a very long time and truly feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. All of the staff I have encountered so far have been genuinely so kind. The receptionist this morning was so kind even when I asked kind of a silly (to me!) question. I truly look forward to my follow up visit and getting my life back. Thank you to everyone!!

This after spending several months undergoing traditional 2x/week PT and electric stim treatment at a physical therapy center recommended by my orthopedist. After months of PT and following stretching regimen, saw only slight improvement and spent A LOT of time and money along the way. Had basically resigned myself to having a 'bum' shoulder. Someone at my office asked if I ever looked into Prolotherapy, never heard of it. I did some research and was intrigued and went back to that coworker who was a patient of Merge Medical.
