Her hair was GREY with black splotches all through it. We asked for blonde highlights and she ended up with white/grey hair and black splotches all over her head. The root smudge was not done with a brush but done by rubbing the smudge on her fingers and just rubbing into her hair, which was then all over my daughters head and never cleaned up...The root smudge was BLACK, not even close to what it should have been...We had to go to another Salon who said they cant even fix the HORRIBLE job for 6-8 weeks. On top of this, we have called twice and no manager has ever contacted me... PLEASE SHOP AROUND and find a salon who has stylists who knows what they are doing.

I had a procedure done about 3 weeks ... First, Dr Perrotta reached out the evening of the procedure and when I didn't answer my phone he didn't just leave me a message. He reached out to my husband to ensure I was good...:for me this speaks volumes about the care and concern Dr Perrotta has for his patience. 2nd, The next day another staff member reached out to again to ensure all was well. The staff and technicians are professional and courteous. However, recently had a CO2 procedure…read moredone and would not do it again. Was told "downtime" would be 7-10 day. It was much longer - my face was a deep red and then turn to light brown and stayed that way for 2-3 months. On hot days, I still see the discoloration. I saw little results - had my upper lip and jowl area done. I did see some improvement in my skin texture and it did remove the sun spots but it did not remove the wrinkles on my upper lip and did not tighten the skin in the jowl area. It has been five months post procedure. It was not worth the money that I spent and the stress and downtime of post procedure. I did have some botox done in the office and that outcome was fine.
