Go elsewhere! My…read morewife and I hired Tim to install a kitchen sink and faucet with a pull down sprayer in December 2018. He finished 12/6/18. He did fine with the sink but the faucet was very low quality. It didn't even have a brand name on it. Over 3 months later, around the middle of March, the sprayer became detached from the main faucet. After coming in a couple of times to try to fix it he just replaced the whole thing. He complained to my wife about having to do the replacement work for free. The replacement faucet worked fine until Thanksgiving Day when it detached also, so we called him the following Monday, 12/2/19, to ask him to replace it again. He said he would have to get in touch with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Two weeks later on 12/16/19 he calls my wife and tells her he's not going to replace it. He said at the time of the repair that we had a 1 year warranty, but he still refused to replace it. He then claimed that the faucet only had a 3 month warranty. If that was true, why did he replace it the first time, since it was over 3 months, and why did he wait two weeks before telling my wife he wasn't going to replace it again? He also said when we hired him he would repair our laminated kitchen floor. Some of the boards had become detached. After we hired him he claimed the boards were too warped, which he apparently couldn't tell before we hired him. Watch out for him! When he finished the original job I wrote him a check made out to his business. He didn't want it. He wanted me to write another one made out to him personally, which I did. He's very untrustworthy. If you do hire him, get everything in writing, but I recommend looking somewhere else.

I wish I could rate the actual window services but I unfortunately i cannot because they never kept…read moretheir part of the deal. I had called and spoke with justin (the owner) and he priced me out over the phone. I told him that I had a duplex that just completed remodeling so there was alot of construction dust. I let him know there were about 15 windows and some were upstairs and some had a little paint and he told me that it would cost $150 for everything. Then he also mentioned that they have cleaning services as well so I set that up too. He told me that would cost $150 for both units. I was really excited to get things cleaned. And I was thinking everything would be $300 and that is pretty fair. On the day of the appointment the window cleaner showed up (I believe his name was josh) and as soon as he gets there he says there is no way he can do the job for $150. I was not there at the time so I called Justin and he starts making accuses as to why the cost is going to have to go up. I drove to our new place to talk to josh and conveniently enough he left without a word. Later I was told that it was a supposed family emergency. So now I was left going back and forth with justin. Now one thing in his favor is that he was always polite and at least seemed to be trying to rectify the situation. While he was trying to figure who could come and clean the windows because he himself was in los Angeles and my duplex is orange cou ty so he could not, I was then left waiting for the housekeeper. She was suppose to show up at 1 and she did not arrive until 3:30. Of course once she got there she also said she could not do the job at the agreed price. So now I am feeling that I am being conned. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and I agreed to pay $230 instead of the original $150 :(. And then conveniently enough Lorrana ( the housekeeper) tells me that her husband can clean windows and he will do it for the $150. Again I needed to get the place ready because we had to move in the following day so I agreed. And Lorrana asked that I say nothing to justin since he has his window service and she does not want to lose the referrals he sends her way. I say fine. In all honesty she and her crew did a decent job and I was planning on using them on a regular basis. Her husband came and cleaned the windows and said he would come the next day to finish certain things but once they all were gone they would not come back. I found parts of the windows that had not been cleaned at all and when I tried calling Lorrana it said her number had changed. So my experience with this company along with any services the referred sucked. I thought I had finally found a reliable company that was honest but apparently that does not exist in this day and age. DO NOT USE!

My initial interaction and sole communication has been with Mauricio (who come to find out is just a salesman in a call center, basically, and not a true representation of the company). He was friendly and polite and made me feel at ease in scheduling an appointment for a family member to get their metal awnings pressure washed. As I am out of state, I wanted to be sure that they would take good care of my family, and do a good job. I was assured that the gentleman that was going out was a specialist in awnings (later found out he is the owner) and would know the best method to get them clean. I was quoted $290 based upon pictures, and understand that can change...however, I wasn't expecting the guy to say we can do it for $250 cash, which left my family member scrambling to come up with it while he was there. If you have a cash discount, let your customers know before you come out. Long story short(er), he came out, did a less than good job, and was trying to push her to have him paint them. When he left, she looked at the awnings, which really didn't look much different, and called him up to tell him. He was rude to her, and came back out, and still did a bad job. So bad, in fact, that a couple neighbors asked if she even had it done at all, and a neighbors son came over and power washed them himself and got them all clean! I did call to explain how disappointed I was and asked for a refund. I was told because it had been a few weeks, that they wouldn't do anything and that they didn't charge her to come back out again; this was from the Owner! I said, if he did a good job in the first place, he wouldn't have to come back out! Look, being honest, if you want power washing done, go rent something from Home Depot and do it yourself...you would be better off. And shame on you guys for taking advantage of an older person!
