There were three problems: 1) Timing. They are very slow on their timing. Everything from start to finish took 7 months. 2) Communication. Not the best, I had to initiate many of the conversations. 3) Cost: We had two of these done, one here in Calgary and one elsewhere. The cost of their installation was a third more than the other installation. Even if you remove the cost of the inspection, this installation was on the high cost side.
