They assured me that the film comes with a warranty.. they installed it and gave me the receipt to sign- It says they don't cover any defects from installation. They came back out to take a look at it (Assuming they were just going to redo it like any Tint shop would) But instead, they let me know that that's a defect from the Manufacturer and that they don't cover that . I reminded Them of the warranty and they told me it excluded defects from the Manufacturer in the film. I was insistent to speak with the owner and they went back-and-forth with With Me a couple They had emergencies and couldn't reach out, etc. Rather than work with me on redoing it or compensating me ( I even offered to give me back less than 1/3 of the cost), I am forced to go through litigation to dispute this. I would hate for anyone else to experience this issue.
