It cost $130. I was told that they would be there before noon. He didn't get there until after 3pm that day. When he did finish he didn't clean up any of the film that wS blowing on the ground and in the back of my truck. I sent a text to the owner a week ago and did not hear anything from him. I sent him another text today. He finally replied and asked if I had my receipt for the tinting. I do not have the receipt but I provided a screen shot of the transaction from my bank account. He then advised me that he needed a receipt for the type of tint and warranty. I sent him a screen shot of the text that he sent confirming that he was installing ceramic tint. To not avail this still was not good enough. The tint has only been on my truck for 4 months. He never advised me to keep the receipt for the "warranty". The unprofessionalism that he showed during this matter is appalling. I just requested that he fix the window and there wouldn't be an issue. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! THE OWNER IS ARNIM ELIE...

Being not so observant, I didn't even know a previous owner had installed window film on every window and door in my home, until the Florida sun and time teamed up to kill the adhesive and make my house look terrible. Yikes. Then we embarked upon another well-meaning, yet dismal failure of a DIY adventure. The film was very old, brittle, and had no intention of coming off my windows.
