I asked him to file a business insurance claim and pay for my damages. He decided not to do it. When I called the company back in an effort to speak to a manager, I was told by Brett, who answered the phone, that he didn't care at all about Joe's comments. Take your business to Safelite and don't even give this company the time of day. They're a complete scam in my opinion.
