I have very short, course, extremely thick hair that requires extensive thinning, layering, and texturing--something few US salons do anymore (they seem to expect the product to do the work vs the haircut). M Mouynet is a pedigreed stylist who charges 1/3 what I pay in the states! I have twice got in as a walk-in bs the 3-month minimum booking in the states! Competition in Toulouse is fierce, but the quality here reflects the family hair dynasty without the price tag.
