It was an extremely shocking experience as the dog came totally out of nothing and obviously tried to attack me. Luckily he didn't jump over the counter and they stopped him. The most bizarre about this event is the fact that they, instead of apologizing, asked me to move to the left so the dog could not see me. Be careful if you enter this store!

After general introductory remarks about diamonds, we were taken into a little room where the salesperson locked us in for about an hour. She gave all the seats at the table to the ladies. Some kids tried to sit down but she made them give the seats to adults. Later I realized it was because the seats were for her targeted customers. If you in the market to buy diamonds, it may be of interest to you but I am not sure how the pricing compares to a regular store. It looked like a tourist trap so I would do some research first.

This place is known for getting brilliant shine on their diamonds due to a special machine that can make additional cuts on the diamond. They do look nice but who the heck is going to make a major diamond purchase within one hour? The tour company probably gets a cut of the profit if they bring tourists and they make a purchase. They're totally trying to trick all the Asian tourists into making a huge purchase. I don't even know how these will be appraised in the US since they use a different grading system in Europe.
