Dr. Susan Ngo was very helpful and was able to answer my questions and provide the help that I needed. The clinic also had a pharmacy which was very efficient in getting the prescription right after your visit with the doctor. The pharmacy also offers a free Mcdonald's coffee while you wait for your prescription! This is probably the most customer service oriented clinic that I've ever been to.

This was a very disappointing experience and at the end of the day we are all human and we all fall sick. It's already a nerve wrecking experience going to see a doctor, and it does not help when the people that are supposed to help you make that happen treat you like just another number.
