From Ranvir who provided the quote and answered my questions to Tony's team with removal of my old fences and prep & set-up for the new as well as in completing the chain-link install to "Jay"& his team with my front fence install to final completion. They were prompt in their services, courteous, took needed time with their excellent work and yet completed everything in good time. Sebastian (owner) also provided me with a reasonable price for the value of the work done. I would recommend this company if you need to install a new fence or replace one. Excellent product. Great people to deal with…read more Richard was a pleasure to deal with also and looked at solutions instead of explaining what problem was like the other three quotes we receive. Their price was fair and they stuck to the budget. Super fast turn around after "all the ducks" were in a row. The reason they got 5 stars, as normally I would provide 4 stars max, for work being done as provided bit they went above and beyond. Why 5 stars? Because a little "hiccup" occured and a mutual agreement was achieved in a professional and quick manner. A company is not only measured by it's service and product but also by how it deals with customers when situations arise. I am confident this isn't just a "one off" way they deal with customers. They care and are willing to listen fairly and with reason. Well done BC awning and thank you for taking the time to grow your business, one client at a time.

They are pretty busy this time of year, so we had to wait, but the wait was worth it. The large team of painters came equipped, ready to paint the entire exterior in one day, beginning at 8:30am (prompt!) and finishing around 5:30pm. The owner came on the day to greet us and instruct his team (of 5-6 painters) on the colours. He returned in the middle of the day to check on the progress. They were professional and thorough, taping/using parchment and drop cloths to protect the grounds and walls from paint. They cleaned everything up upon completion. I highly recommend ProPainters. This is the second time I have used them with great satisfaction (first was interior, also completed by a large team in one day). The price was fair, the job was executed excellently and professionally.
