No follow-up phone calls for appointments made month in advance then hit with a no show if you miss it. Takes days to weeks to never, for a call back for referrals or major pain management or injuries. The office is really only open 3 days a week and Tara who runs the front, cannot balance work life and personal life, hence the daycare style set up in the front office and needs 2hr lunches, and is constantly behind the ball. Do not waste your time coming here, as too many of us made this mistake for you. Listen to the poor reviews. Again, Dr. Molina is a nice guy and provides a good practice but the incompetency, laziness, and unorganized front office makes it impossible to be a happy patient.

You have to just leave a voicemail and they call you whenever they feel like it . They tried to charge me a $50 Cancellation fee for appointment I had from 4 yrs. ago! When I walked in, she said I can't see you until you pay your $50 cancellation fee from your last visit four years ago! Not to mention, I have never received a notice or notification stating that I had this fee, nor did she mention that when I made my appointment. When I tried to speak to Dr. Molina about it, he was not understanding nor wanted to hear my concerns with his front office staff and that they they were trying to falsely charge me. He basically said you could pay the fee or I'm not gonna to see you today in a very rude manner. It was a very poor experience and I would highly recommend you choose another office to receive services. I will definitely not be returning here nor would I recommend this office and or doctor moving forward.

I cannot overstate the poor quality of care my family member received at Adventist Health Reedley…read more She arrived with clear stroke symptoms-- including altered mental status and slurred speech, among other symptoms. Although her CT and MRI were inconclusive, the care team should have treated the patient and her symptoms. Instead, multiple doctors failed to perform proper assessments or provide the care she urgently needed. The team typecast my family member as experiencing withdrawal symptoms--an assumption that was not only incorrect, but offensive and dangerous. This judgment overshadowed objective clinical signs and delayed appropriate care. What made this even more alarming is that her baseline is one of full independence--she's sharp and active. Her state of mind was a dramatic change from her norm, and we made that clear repeatedly, only to be dismissed. My family--3 of us healthcare professionals--stated over and over that she needed specialty care and testing that Adventist Reedley couldn't provide. We even arranged a transfer to a hospital in Bakersfield, but Reedley failed to send the necessary paperwork. While the team claimed the receiving hospital wasn't responding, our Bakersfield contact confirmed that Reedley's improper paperwork was the reason the transfer wasn't happening. We made the difficult decision to take my family member out of the Adventist Health Reedley ED, against medical advice, and drove her ourselves to Kaweah Health in Visalia. Thank God we did--she did have a stroke, confirmed by the amazing care team at Kaweah and finally received the proper, timely care she deserved. To the ED team at Reedley: DO BETTER. Listen to families. Treat the patient, take symptoms seriously. Recognize your limitations. Lives depend on it. To anyone considering this hospital: be cautious. While they may be able to handle basic cases or simple infections, this is not the place for anything complex. What we experienced was not just a medical oversight--it was a systemic failure. We were there for nearly two days and were denied appropriate care by multiple providers. A culture of safety starts from the top, and this hospital does not have that culture. The bottom line is this: they missed a stroke. That is an extremely serious failure--and mistakes like this cost lives. Thank God for Kaweah Health; and thank God we have the medical experience and background to be able to advocate for our loved ones.

From then on it was tests, waiting for more test, waiting for results Cat scan, waiting for results, all in all, a long day. Everyone was very professional. Thanks to Chris and Ray in the ER for taking the time to keep me posted on what was going on. They were great. It is always easier waiting when you know the the wheels, however slowly, are turning. Have also heard some nice complements from friends. Keep it up and thanks again Loren

He's one of those doctors that actually puts a stethoscope on you every time you visit no matter what you're there for that day. Carmen Zuniga is his nurse practitioner and she is readily available to fit you into the schedule if Dr. Golden isn't available. She is extremely competent and kind and I love her sense of humor. My mother is her patient and has taken exceptional care of her .She's great at following up and making sure your lab work is all in order. Daisy is his RN. She is such an asset to this Office as she will make sure your concerns and prescriptions are refilled according to the doctor's/NP orders and your visits are up-to-date. Dr. Golden's office also offers some unique transfusions that will increase your energy levels mental focus and overall health. Daisy is excellent with her IV skills. I always look forward to my visits and the MAs are always attentive and fantastic with their medication injections. His office staff has been with him for many years, and that tells you what kind of pleasant and wonderful man he is to work for because most physicians offices have high turnover. Dr Golden's front office staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. If they don't have an answer, they will find a resource or referral and get back to you within a reasonable amount of time. For more than 30 years , I've never had a problem with billing and if there is an issue with my insurance company, the Billing office has always advocated for me and my husband and worked things out even when there was a time I had to be a cash patient. Obviously, I can't say enough about Dr. Golden's Office. I am so grateful for all his services and years of experience, education and dedication.
