No follow-up phone calls for appointments made month in advance then hit with a no show if you miss it. Takes days to weeks to never, for a call back for referrals or major pain management or injuries. The office is really only open 3 days a week and Tara who runs the front, cannot balance work life and personal life, hence the daycare style set up in the front office and needs 2hr lunches, and is constantly behind the ball. Do not waste your time coming here, as too many of us made this mistake for you. Listen to the poor reviews. Again, Dr. Molina is a nice guy and provides a good practice but the incompetency, laziness, and unorganized front office makes it impossible to be a happy patient.

I was seated within 1 minute and was told that the mani might not be able to be accommodated, but they were able to do so, which I really appreciated. I live 35 minutes away, but they did such a great job that I wouldn't mind making the trip. The massages on my hands and feet and was nice. They were both funny and kind. Pedicure: $58/gel (Annie) Manicure: $38/gel (May) Added $20 tip ($10 + $10) Total: $116 The best thing is that they don't charge an extra fee and accept credit card, which is really nice for the client.

There were no fans or AC and left drenched in sweat. Staff was not attentive at all. Very poor customer service.
