He offered no help to recover my portfolio; he only called me try to sell me more mutual funds. - When you try to complain, your consultant will ignore your emails. Commerce Court, where south-north and east-west human streams intersect and come upon a long burgundy counter with tellers ready, eager and willing to cater to your every banking whim. My "whim" was, very simply, put a cheque into my account and get the heck out of there, pronto. Which is exactly what happened: There were three idle tellers and one me.
