Derek answered all my questions on the first call and assured me I would get an emailed invoice. That I did. The most impressive thing about this company is the cleanliness of the bouncy house. I've heard recently of kids getting staph here in the valley from bouncy houses. After I emailed Christina with Zuber about my concerns, she assured me that the houses are sanitized before and after each use including a blow out. As usual, I jumped around in the bouncy with the kiddos to check it out and it was so clean that I thought it must have been a new bouncy house ! I had to move tables and open dishware and set it up myself. And then when I complained they were defensive and combative and called me rude (see picture). I told my friend and she says she has experienced the same when they are overbooked. I would not recommend them. I would've used my usual person but they were booked. The other company is unbelievably professional.
