Decent products for Celebration merchandise. My husband, stepson and myself went this morning and we were the only customers in there. Its a really cute shop that smell amazing when you walk in. My review is STRICTLY FOR CUSTOMER INTERACTION. My group walled in, 2 19 y.o girls, myself and my s.o. We are OBVIOUSLY visitors to Celebration. His daughter wanted to go to this store very badly, so the rest of us were tag-alongs. Upon entering the store we were greeted with the most amazing scent of grape. Sensory greeting...great introduction to any environment. This is a good start. Then a woman emerges from the rear of the store, passes about 3 inches from us and ice grills myself and my daughter. Ice. Grill. Ya'll! My daughter and I both look at each other and incredulously watch her acknowledge another mom and teen who were a few feet behind me and exit the store before returning. We again looked at each other, silently came to a consensus, and immediately walked out. I don't tolerate bad customer service, especially since I have an extensive recruitment and training background. My s.o was dismayed but his daughter was so bent on making a purchase we didn't tell her until after we left the premises. He did mention how another woman came out and was so nice and pleasant, so kudos to her. They had some cute things for purchase. After seeing all the reviews here, now I understood why ... Me and my bf we went to the beautiful Celebration town and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon there. Everything was perfect, many stores we went in are nice and people were friendly:helpful until we stepped into this nightmare. Honestly, items sold in this store are nice and priced well. I found some clothes on sale. So I asked if I can try on. The person who was in charge of the store was either busy with her phone or doing something impatiently. I tried several pieces and really intended to buy all but most don't fit and not that special. So I kindly returned rest and just bought one. Well, the woman behind the counter made a scene out of this... she was being impatient, rude and condescending, giving me and my bf the attitude that why we wasted her time. Never been treated like that way and I was quite shocked by it. I asked my bf he felt the same way. I could buy more and come back if she treated us kindly. However, she was just being unprofessional. Never ever will buy from that store and will donate the item we bought to goodwill. read more

I visited celebration with my family and came upon this cute store. We saw items we wanted to purchase through the windows but the door had a sign that said "be back in ten minutes." So we waited for about five minutes, left and came back by after 20 minutes later. The store was still not open. Waste of time. read more

While visiting Celebration, we stopped in briefly to peruse this cute shop. I had a little trouble getting in the door because there was a customer blocking the entrance deciding if she was coming in or not, talking to the store employee. The employee was pleasant about it though. Let her put her ice cream on the ledge inside as there is a no eating or drinking policy in the store. Cute t-shirts, sweatpants and hoodies along with bags and jewelry are offered. I looked around but left to get dinner and find out my friend's t-shirt size. I went back later and she remembered me! I see these other reviews about a red haired woman being unpleasant, maybe she was just having a rough day. She was really nice to everythin she helped- directions to the hotel nearby, welcoming a newer resident, and making sure I got the right size. She asked if I had tried on the t-shirt, which I hadn't since it was a gift. She recommended a size up as the v neck shirts are cut small. Perfect service! read more

I like the clothes but the customer service was horrible. I walked in, the girls behind the counter were not wearing masks, they then put masks on and told me i needed one. I asked if they had any behind the counter for customers she said no. I asked if i could quickly purchase a shirt because my car was far away, she motioned to her mask and said ya no you need a mask. I did the 20 minute round trip walk and when i got back and was walking around the store they had them for sale, some for just 2.59. I mentioned something the young lady said nothing, she didn't care at all. Not a good look for such a nice place. read more

Unfortunately, I didn't have an experience I can rave about. The associate behind the counter ignored us from the second we walked in the door, so I had to greet her myself. She didn't ask if we needed any help either. I will probably shop elsewhere for Celebration swag, the place across the street has some and maybe can expand their selection since this place doesn't seem to care about customers (local or not). At least the clothes they have seem to be good quality, thus the 3 stars. read more

They have a lot of cool clothing with "Celebration" written on it. However, the red haired woman working the register was unfriendly, rude, condescending, and unwilling to help. Would have been a much better experience without her there. It also smells like a chewable vitamin in there. read more

My mother and I walked in to shop and the old southern woman nastily screamed at me to leave the shop since I had one single scoop of cookie dough (from next door) in my hand which I was not even eating. I'm an adult and I can hold a scoop of cookie dough responsibly. Too bad, we came to shop and won't be giving them any business. read more

Two star review based on the sales lady with short hair. I was checking out the size on a kids shirt and she asked me more than once within 30 seconds if I needed help with the sizing... made me feel like I can't touch or open anything. This store has definitely gone down over the years while the prices have climbed. I was in yesterday with my sister who was visiting in town and had to listen to one very loud and inappropriate employee and another incredibly rude employee. They were *loudly* laughing about something on social media that sure didn't sound laughable to us. And they were old enough (30's-40's) to know how to act when there are customers in the store. When I said something, I was basically told to get over myself. If you are desperate for a t-shirt that says "Celebration" on it, this is your store. Otherwise, steer clear. read more

Nice clothing store that seems to cater to tourists wanting a Celebration Florida shirt as most merchandise has Florida on it. They had a nice variety of colors and styles to choose from, staff was friendly for the most part except one staff members attitude changed from friendly to not so friendly when she saw we were only buying something off one of the sale racks, i don't know if maybe they just aren't that busy and that was why we go a little attitude or what, other than that i really liked their clothing and it all seemed to be of relatively good quality (much better than the tacky shirts at the outlets on international drive. read more

Excellent staff and selection. As a visitor and now a resident of Celebration this is the place to visit for souvenirs and unique items to recall your stay or Celebrate where you live.. They have a better selection for men since I started shopping there and I often buy my Realtor closing gifts at this shop. read more
