It's a buffet, but unlike most Swedish buffets, this place is huge. It's more like a US buffet, with tons of choices. Of the 3 lines of food, the first one is asian food, from thai chicken to sweat and sour pork, to some kind of curry. It's a big mix, and it changes a bit from day to day. The second row has the local flavors - mostly nordic foods: lots of potatoes, meats, pancakes, heavy sauces and the occasional pizza or spicy "mexican" food. The last row has sushi and a large salad bar (but it's a nordic salad bar), with pizza salad, fresh fruits, cheese, olives, dressings, and some stuff I don't know what it is. For drinks, they have tons of different types of flavored soda waters, sodas, beers, wine and of couse water. They even give you coffee or tea and dessert at the end if you want it. The place is new, it's only been open for about 6 months now, but it's always packed for lunch. It's very clean, and has an ample and friendly staff that keeps the tables cleared and the food stocked. I've never seen them run out of anything, and even when it's packed you can always somehow find a table. Lunch is about 90 SEK if you eat in, or 80 SEK if you take it to go. It's a bit more expensive then other local lunch places, but for 10 SEK more you get a huge selection. If you're hungry and can't decide what to eat, or you have a group of people with different tastes, this is the place you want to go when you're in this part of town!

The great part of this is that they bring you refills. Smoked shrimp, shrimp, crab claws and langostines (think giant crawfish or baby lobster). I didn't care for the smoked shrimp (too Smokey for me) and the regular shrimp were a little on the small side for the effort of taking off the shell. The langostine tails were full of flavor, claws were hard to get at. Highlight of the meal was the local crab claws. Reminded me of stone crab, but not a sweet. For dinner had the creams brûlée with rum and violet ice cream instead of the sorbet. The rum vanilla was tasty, the violet was too strong for me. The turbot was surprisingly thick and meaty, fresh beets had an unforgettable crisp clean finish, and when I was expecting the running yolk of a poach egg to spread into the wasabi root, the yolk instead was creamy soft that together with the fresh wasabi roots were perfectly harmonized. Just when I thought the meal was over, came more Swedish (and European) hospitality to finish the meal with cheese plate, coffee or tea. I wish I knew more about cheese to tell you the experience. The meal was so wonderful that I have to write about it; however, before I end, I must tell you about the drinking culture too :) The evening started with a glass of Champagne and another. With the starter, we toasted to glass of schnapps with the blini and löj caviar. Move to a bottle of Bourgogne Chardonnay (oaky flavor...tres interesting) since we were eating the turbot. You sit down and basically just got get your food from a smorgasbord next to your tables. The food varies from charcuterie to avocado toast to steak to super delicious little breads. I think your meal also comes with orange juice, champagne and maybe coffee. But the set price is 275 per person. You have two hours to go back and get your foods, including the dessert buffet which was very good and included things like lemon meringue. Interestingly enough, after speaking to the owners, it seems that this restaurant is actually more focused on authentic Chinese food (lol cuz the name of this place, get it?) As one of the other reviews mentioned, there are two menus. One is geared toward locals, the other is a Chinese menu (now with a translation). We will definitely be coming back again, but probably to try the Chinese menu rather than the local one. P.S. does not accept American Express P.P.S. pretty sure they don't have a liquor license yet..(?)
