First she told me that she didn't know when my Groupon expired AFTER I already informed her. So, I let her know again and asked for a possible extension. I told her I was not informed I had to book my appointment months in advance to guarantee my Groupon and she still denied my request. The fact that I am a first time customer I think she is hella inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional.
