The back room with clothes was the most disorganized mess of trash I'd ever seen. A cardboard sign reading "linens" with anything from wash cloths to pillow cases crumpled together, a few piddly garments hung in a back corner for "children" from 3 months to 5t, carelessly.. A waste of time entirely. I can see why I was the only person there other than the cashier's friend. 2 thumbs way down.

When asked, they said they were gone a long time ago...but the CL ad was posted very recently. Website wasn't updated either. But while there, we looked around. Saw a table we liked and asked about it. For the price ($1895), we expected it to be the full setup of table and chairs. Was told it was not so we declined. Later on, I googled the description of the table from their ticket and found two eBay listings for their store for the same table at two different prices, one of which was over 1/3 off (on sale)!! Auction #s - 261602181758 and 261837429926 - one has more pictures than the other but they are the same table in the same spot in the same store. Either they are really disorganized, clueless or dishonest. I won't find out by wasting my money here.

Long story short, we reached out to Jean 8 months before our March 2017 wedding to place the order and it's now November 2017 (over a year since our order was placed and paid in full for) and our order went unfulfilled. Updating my review as I saw that Jean has restarted his business and I don't want anyone else to become victims of fraud and theft the way me and my wife were. **Previous review Working with Jean from Luma Diamond for my fiancé's engagement ring was a wonderful experience. I took my fiancé ring shopping at different places to find out two important things, the cut that she was most interested in and her ring size. Once I got a good idea of what she liked, I realized that I would need a custom touch. I described what I wanted to Jean and he put together an initial design with in my budget. A short time after he went to work finding the highest quality diamond possible. When we met in person, he narrowed down the choices to 3 quality diamonds. He explained to me the pros and cons of each one and he own recommendation. From doing my own research prior, my choice was in line with his so I chose the recommended diamond. After the diamond selection, he showed me the final graphic of how the ring would look, less the custom engraving that I requested. I was happy with the design so we moved forward. The whole process took about 3 months but it was well worth the wait. The diamond was blinding upon opening the box for the first time. I knew my fiancé would love it, and she did!
