Met with Madame Pellerin, who a French speaking friend made rdv last week because I needed an English speaking person. The Societe General bank was easily found by my Uber on a pleasant busy little street . Madame Pellerin spoke perfect English, as well as Russian, I believe, and was extremely knowledgeable and very professional in her job. Unfortunately I could not open an account as I am basically a tourist but she provided me with the materials and all of the formation if I were to try again. The lady with whom I live has been banking with them for many years and they already came highly recommended. The bank is very clean, comfortable and neatly furnished.
