I hope someone answered the phone! And no need to wait 1 hour, then cut the phone. Horrible customer service.

US Post Office - The bag they put it in stating "We Care". If they cared the person who stole it would be in jail. (April 2026)

Nice location and good sized Post Office........but it's still the Post Office…read more I work a reasonable distance from here, so there are times for convenience only, I come here during my lunch hours to handle my mail business. The place is pretty sizable inside - good for the weird customers who often wander around aimlessly. Depending on the time or day you come, there could be a line and at times, the line can be very slow moving. The workers are a little more animated than other Postal workers, so mostly it's the customers who either ask the dumbest questions or decide to handle a year's worth of their Post Office needs in one sitting that causes the lines to move slow. It's a hit or a miss really, because there have been times I walk right in and wait under a minute for help. Other times, you could be on line for over a half hour. Most of the employees here are friendly and efficient, but there are some who look like they're about to go postal. They love trying to get customers to use the self serve machine, but it's not my cup of tea though easy. It's debit only and will work for most small packages. Since there are always lines, how about more than 2 workers at the counter instead? When an inept uses the self serve machine, they can be there for a lot longer than the whole line wait time is. There is a decent assortment of forms and free boxes available for customers. The form area can sometimes lack what you need or just be a mess in general (customer's can be selfish slobs here). Those free flat rate boxes are always stocked well. There is no parking lot for customers (the one behind the building is for their employees or trucks), so you need to try your luck on the street. On the right side of the building, there are time limit spots (Huguenot Street) otherwise be prepared to pay the meters on the other surrounding blocks. Really, in all honesty, I've mailed out packages from this Post Office and other locations quite frequently - I'm not sure what it is, but the packages from this branch always seem to be sorted and out of this location must faster than anywhere else. All in all, I prefer this location to the ones near me and this really isn't a bad Post Office.

US Post Office - It's past 8 am when they opened, lights are out behind the counter and there is no one in sight assisting those waiting in line.

I.C.Q. Search and Recovery is on YELP…read more WCCL/PathologyInc. owned by Laboratory Corporation of America failed to submit insurance claim w/in year of service. Collections contacted me 3 yrs after sevice. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery refused to speak w/ med. insurance. The letter addressed a charge for services in 2015 for the amount of $$$$. I found the bill I received. I had called the billing department with my medical insurance information in 2015 which PathologyInc/WCCL already had since they had submitted claims for other services in 2015. I never received another bill. after I called PathologhyInc/WCCL According to my then insurance, a claim was not submitted for the date in question. My insurance informed me if PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit within a year, they will not pay. My insurance requested that PathologyInc/WCCL resubmit with proof of timely filing; or have the PathologyInc/WCCL call my insurance. I called the collection agency I.C.Q., they refused to relay the information to PathologyInc/WCCL since the claim was not submitted within a year of service. I.C.Q. requested I submit the claim or pay the bill since it was my fault PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit the claim. I informed them I called PathologyInc/WCCL billing with my insurance information on date in 2015. I wrote the date and what information I gave them. I failed to write down the name of the operator. The I.C.Q. (Amber) said that I could be making up the information - without the name they cannot look at their 2015 logs to verify. Amber stated she will give me an extension of 60 days so GEHA could process the claim I SUBMIT. I did not bother to ask them to call GEHA at this point. The I.C.Q. (Amber) stated PathologyInc/WCCL sent 3 statements in all within 4 weeks of the service; the last one being my final notice which was received 25 days after service. I only received the last one and called the billing department with insurance info. Since I did not hear from them, I thought they were paid. My insurance was upset at how PathologyInc/WCCL and I.C.Q. are handling this issue. So I have and am filing complaints against Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. with the Better Business Bureau. bbb.org/consumer-complai... I am also filing with the Office of the Attorney General - fill out the Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Corporation Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. oag.ca.gov/sites/all/fil... Finally, I am also submitting the Los Angeles County DA's Office Bureau of Fraud and Corruption Prosecutions Consumer Protection Division Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. da.co.la.ca.us/sites/def... I know there are several other consumers out there that are being scammed by these shysters. PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS USING ONE IF NOT ALL THESE LINKS! I spoke to my attorney - Dispute with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion as well. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THESE PREDATORS.
