Not every exam is offered everyday, and they only have 7 computers at the facility. Also, the website says you only need to bring your pre-licensing certificate and one form of ID, but the last two times I went for an exam, I was asked for a second form. You can't bring any belongings into the facility except your documentation and your car keys. I've even see them ask people to remove jackets/sweatshirts. This wouldn't really be a problem except.... The facility is freezing. Absolutely frigid. My limbs go numb in the 25 minutes it takes to complete an exam. The facility is clean and quiet. And the staff are really great, probably the best thing about this place. Granted, you only spend 5 minutes with them, but they're never rude or miserable, even at 8:30am! The website also says you need to be at the testing site a half hour before your scheduled exam, but you probably don't. If you are, they'll let you start your exam early. I've also seen them allow people taking multiple exams scheduled a few hours apart to take one right after the other.

What a pleasant surprise! From start to finish, the process was a well-oiled machine. In under 30 minutes, I had my registration renewal sorted - fast, well organized , and, dare I say, enjoyable? Other DMVs should SERIOUSLY take notes; this team knows how to run a process seamlessly. I have been avoiding this in-person task for months, anticipating the usual DMV chaos, but not at Egg Harbor Twp. Everyone I encountered was organized, quick and structured- they've cracked the code. It cost money so make sure you have E-ZPass or Change 75 cents to be exact. 3 of the tolls are 75 cents and the others are I believe $2! Don't quote me just bring plenty of change and cash. There are a lot of speed traps and there also a state police barracks halfway down the expressway so tread carefully. It seems like you can do 75-99 but they are lurking and waiting to get happy speeders unaware! My brother has been pulled over several times in the last few months because that's the way he drives to work. I've fortunately never been pulled over on the expressway. Drive carefully and you'll get to your destination soon enough.

"The Meh" - The parking lot is for city employees only... kinda makes it difficult to find a spot on the street, with the three spots out front. "The Bad" - Nothing really bad to comment on.
