Took a full year for them to update my address so I can finally get medical insurance to see a doctor. They hung up on me several times the one time they answered the clerk was rude seemed bothered I was speaking to her even though she's getting paid to do it. Very unprofessional in everyway. Was put on hold sent to a caseworker but he never answered so I left a detailed voicemail saying my full name and phone number first asking for a call back months later still no call back. Had to call the 1-800 number and ask for a hire up to speak to them for me cuz they kept refusing my calls. On Google they paid ppl or they put things up themselves about if ppl spoke English it'd go faster n such. Saying they're short staffed. But that's not an excuse for being vile on the phone. Also they have the 1-800 number instead of there branch number so they get paid to do nothing most the time. I tried giving Google the correct number but so far it hasn't gone through but on my review I made sure it said the number I found out through the Maine number which is 877-714-0394. If Maine number gotta talk to everyone in the USA states billions on SSI yet they can't answer the phone for there district it's sickening! read more
