Clear Back January 2014, I walked down to the Canon City Public Library, at 516 Macon Ave, Canon City Colorado 81212. I spoke to a woman at the front desk Named Michelle, about a car accident I was involved in on January 6, 2014. I had no reason to, nor did I use any foul language while I was speaking with Michelle.
As I walked through the Library, a Pipsqueak Named Adam who works there, screamed at me across the room and stated "tyler You are not allowed to use that kind of language here". I turned around and told Adam that I wasn't talking to him, i didn't say anything, and if So I will say what I want."
I continued to walk to the basement level Computer Laboratory and sat down at a computer. Adam approached me, and he was extremely angry, his body was actually shaking. I sort of shooed him away, and that really aggravated Adam. So He had a librarian named Susan shut off the computer I was working at. The only Reason I would go to the Canon City Public Library is because all of my tech gear was stolen right after I was forced into Homelessness on October 15, 2011. So I stood up from the Computer Station and asked why did Adam Have the computer shut off. He then repeated for the third time that I had used foul language toward one of the employees Named Michelle.
That's when I stood up and I chose to use "foul language at that point"...and I am not sorry about it. I told Adam, that I didn't say shit, and that I wasn't fucking afraid of him, that he could fuck off, and I was never going to step foot in that library ever again as long as he was still there."
As I was walking out the door, I confirmed with Michelle that I didn't say anything that could have been considered "Foul Language", and I left the building.
I went directly to an old friends house, and called the City Hall. Then I called Suzanne, and explained that I would be returning the Two Books I had out on loan, and I would appreciate it if they would Completely remove and delete my account and information from their computer system as I would never step foot in that Library again...I explained that I would rather walk 8.6 miles to a nearby town to use their library...once again the only reason I have had to utilize "public" facilities is because all of my Tech-Gear was stolen as soon as I was forced into homelessness on October 15, 2011.
Suzanna then explained to me, that the library would prefer if I would take some time off from going to the library for awhile anyway. I said..."Hey, you all have no problem with that, as I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT LIBRARY EVER AGAIN."
AFTER THAT, AS I WAS WALKING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT OUTSIDE CITY MARKET CANON CITY COLORADO, I WAS STOPPED BY TWO IDIOT REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CANON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS TO NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE CANON CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY AGAIN OR I WOULD BE ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING, AND I WAS TOLD THAT I AM NEVER EVER "ALLOWED" TO USE FOUL LANGUAGE IN PUBLIC. I TOLD THOSE FUCKING PIECES OF SHIT THAT THEY COULD FUCK OFF.
TWO MONTHS LATER, I WAS STOPPED AGAIN OUTSIDE AS I WAS WALKING ON RUDD STREET, EAST OF RUDD PARK CANON CITY COLORADO, AND "SANCHEZ" THE FAT IDIOTIC PIPSQUEAK WEEBLE WOBBLE TOLD ME AGAIN THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE FOUL LANGUAGE IN PUBLIC. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED...EVERY INDIVIDUAL NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE, NO MATTER WHAT SPACE YOU ARE IN, YOU ARE FREE TO SAY EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. HOW ABOUT THAT?
